I have discussed with my sales representative Farah regarding the termination of the GHHS membership.
There are a few issues in making me to have this decision:
I didn't recieve the agreement even after 2 months I signed the agreement at GHHS. I'm unable to read the agreement in details before I can made appointment for utilies the services provided. During the signing on 8 Jan 2023, the sales representative didn't explain the clause in detail with me. I'm waiting for the agreement to be sent to me, and even after 2 months it is still not deliver to me. I have contacted Farah on 6 March 2023 regarding the termination of membership and she said will follow up with office regarding the agreement but end up there is still no any feedback on this issue. She only get back to me after 1 week.
I have made an appointment for a trial on 4 March 2023 to expriance the service even without received the agreement. I bring my 2 kids go for Paediatric Care using the complimentary vouchers which each voucher include Paediatric Massage for 20 minutes and 1 session of Nasal Spa for 1 kid. I received an SMS asking me to be there 15 mins before the appointment. However, when I reach there, there were no any one in the reception/registration counter. I been waiting for 20 mins then only attended by a trainee doctor/staff. After the long wait and a TCM doctor bring me and my 2 kids in to a treatment room for Paediatric Massage. The Paediatric Massage just last for 3 mins for 1 kid. Paediatric Massage for both of my kids just for about 5-6 mins. I was shocked when I been told that that's all for the treatment. Even I ask for the 1 session of Nasal Spa after I check on the voucher. I really cannot understand that whether the doctor thought I'm un-educated or he think I dont know what is "Spa", he just told me that its already include in the massage just now. I travelled 1.5 hours all the way to GHHS and just for the 5 mins massage. This is the worst experiance in my life and I lost out all my confident to GHHS.
I didnt utilised any of the point in my membership and even didnt received any agreement regarding my membership application. For such a long commitment of membership, I believed there must be a cooling off period for us to fully read and understand the agreement after signing and the cooling period should be calculated started from the date I received the agreement. Since the agreement still didnt delivered to me, so I believed that I'm still under the cooling off period.
I have did a lot of research on the internet. I have read many of news and article from reliable sources like National Consumer Complaints Centre (NCCC) and Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM). Those government bodies also warning public on the "GHHS Scam". Most of the articles/news mentioned that the services provided by GHHS are unprofessional and lot of victims are being scammed to join the membership. After I tried the services provided and I strongly agreed that the services provided is really worst.
I recieved an Invitation from Standard Chartered Bank for a complimentary body check up at GHHS. With the trust on Standard Chartered Bank, I scheduled a date and attend the complimentary body check up together with my wife. With the fully trust on Standard Chartered Bank, we believed that such a big international bank under regulation of Bank Negara Malaysia should have already did a proper research and fact find on the organisation/party that they going to offered the promotion/conplimentary offered. I cant imagined that bank will corporate with a organisation with full of doubt and claims as a Scam by so many victims. I also hope that Bank Negara Malaysia and KPDNHEP should look in to this issues seriously.

Up to now, they refused to terminate the membership and didnt courier the agreement to me after 1 week I written the long email to them. They even told me that they need 2-3 months to do the stamping. I’m wondering for a such simple agreement they need 2-3 months for stamping? For those who want to sign up their membership, think twice before you act, you might not able to receive the agreement like me even I lodge a complaint to them, they need “months” to process your agreement and takes weeks to reply your email.
For those who get invitation by banks for their complimentary body check up, better not to entertain.
