Therapy Pet

I have used this company in September 2022 to obtain a one time document. I called in to gain assistance and thought all was well. In October of 2023 I received my credit card statement showing a charge of 179.99 from this company so I called they had to investigate. I received a call back and they confirmed I was enrolled in an auto renew that I never approved but they were going to process the credit to my account. The account department advised it would be issues and will reflect withint 10 to 15 business days imagine my surprise on 12/7/2023 when I see I was not credited the 179.99 but charged again so at this point they have taken 359.98 from me account. I called and emailed about 6 times before I got another person to verify this was done incorrectly and the issue would be correct. And yes I kept all the emails and phone logs showing my calls to them to have another person tell me the credits are being issued. After my account again today there was only one credit of 179.99 issued to my account on 12/28/2023. I called them again and was reassured this matter was addressed and they had already issued the credit for October on 12/28 but they have no record of me being charged on 12/7 despite the 3 prior people seeing the charges and me proving proof of my account statements and verification from my credit card company. I have never been so frustrated in all my days for me to obtain my money from them stealing from me. This is beyond crazy. Do not use these people runnnnnnnn as far away from them as possible

So, I paid for a letter from Therapy Pet, but they charged me and didn't give me the letter. I called them a bunch of times, but they still didn't give me the letter. What a waste of my money and time! I'm gonna have to dispute the charges with my bank now.

So, I tried to get my rabbit registered as a therapy pet on Therapy Pet's website, but it didn't work out. I guess they don't accept rabbits, which is a bummer. But, they did give me my money back, so that's good. However, I just found out that they've been charging me ten dollars a month for the past three months, even though I didn't register my pet. It's not a huge amount of money, but it's still frustrating. I'm pretty upset about it.

Therapy Pet is not a good company to deal with. They are scammers and I would not recommend them to anyone. They keep charging my account even after five months have passed. Recently, I noticed that they charged my account twice. When I called them, they fixed the issue, but I am worried about those who do not check their account often.

It is very frustrating to deal with a company that does not respect their customers. I feel like they are taking advantage of me and I do not appreciate it. I would advise anyone who is thinking about using Therapy Pet to think twice before doing so.

I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the ESA letter I got from Therapy Pet. It's been a real help for me and my furry friend. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Therapy Pet to anyone. Save your money and go with a different company. There are plenty of other options out there that are way better than these guys. Don't waste your time or your money on Therapy Pet.

But this year, I didn't need a renewal because of Covid 19. I wasn't planning on traveling anywhere. But guess what? They charged me $120 without my approval! I didn't even ask for a letter this year and I never received one either. It's not fair that they just took my money like that. I'm not happy about it at all.

I had a really bad experience with Therapy Pet. They made me feel like I was playing games with them. They took my credit card information and charged me whatever they wanted, even though I didn't want to subscribe to anything. It was really hard to understand them because they didn't speak English very well. They kept bothering me and didn't help me when something was stolen from me. I feel like they did this on purpose, so I'm going to file a lawsuit against them. I don't think anyone should use their services because they're a scam and a fraud.

So, I got this letter from Therapy Pet about a year ago. I was pretty excited about it because I've always wanted to have a therapy pet. But, then I noticed that they started charging me $9.99 every month for a membership that I never even agreed to! Can you believe it? I had to fight with them to get it sorted out. It was a real hassle.

And, get this, just the other day they tried to charge me $100 for who knows what reason! I mean, seriously, what kind of company does that? Luckily, my credit card company caught it and declined the charge. But still, it's just not right.

I have to say, I'm really disappointed in Therapy Pet. I thought they were a reputable company, but now I'm not so sure. It's just not cool to charge people for things they didn't agree to. So, if you're thinking about using Therapy Pet, just be careful and make sure you read all the fine print.
