I have used this company in September 2022 to obtain a one time document. I called in to gain assistance and thought all was well. In October of 2023 I received my credit card statement showing a charge of 179.99 from this company so I called they had to investigate. I received a call back and they confirmed I was enrolled in an auto renew that I never approved but they were going to process the credit to my account. The account department advised it would be issues and will reflect withint 10 to 15 business days imagine my surprise on 12/7/2023 when I see I was not credited the 179.99 but charged again so at this point they have taken 359.98 from me account. I called and emailed about 6 times before I got another person to verify this was done incorrectly and the issue would be correct. And yes I kept all the emails and phone logs showing my calls to them to have another person tell me the credits are being issued. After my account again today there was only one credit of 179.99 issued to my account on 12/28/2023. I called them again and was reassured this matter was addressed and they had already issued the credit for October on 12/28 but they have no record of me being charged on 12/7 despite the 3 prior people seeing the charges and me proving proof of my account statements and verification from my credit card company. I have never been so frustrated in all my days for me to obtain my money from them stealing from me. This is beyond crazy. Do not use these people runnnnnnnn as far away from them as possible

Therapy Pet is not a good choice for anyone looking for a reliable service. It is highly recommended that you seek out a therapist or counselor instead. The delivery of their products is often delayed or nonexistent, and they provide tracking numbers that are no longer active. Additionally, they automatically enroll you in a monthly subscription service without your consent. If you do catch this and try to cancel, they will claim to have done so but will continue to charge you. I hope they reimburse me, but I doubt it.

And don't even get me started on the ESA letter. It was from a different state than where I live, and I didn't believe it was adequate for traveling with my dog. I had to go through other means to travel successfully with my dog. The airlines are stricter than that.
