I recently had a not-so-great experience with Dog Dog, the online store that sells all sorts of dog-related items. I ordered a t-shirt and a pair of pants, both of which turned out to be defective. The t-shirt had a really bad printing job - the colors were off, the print was misplaced, and there was even a stain on it. The pants, which were sold as jeans, were made of a thin fabric with poor appliqués. I only wore them twice before all the seams fell apart!

When I contacted Dog Dog about the issue, they immediately offered me a coupon as compensation. However, I didn't want to order from them again, so I asked for a real refund instead. Unfortunately, they didn't reply to my message. Two weeks later, I emailed them again, and this time they asked me to send the items back. The problem is, I live in France and shipping something to China is really expensive. Plus, I already provided pictures showing that the pants were unwearable.

I'm still trying to get a refund for these items, but it's been a frustrating experience so far. On the bright side, the other items I ordered from Dog Dog were decent. But I don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon.

Now, you might notice in the photo below that the clothes are a little wrinkled. That's just from the way they were packed, but it's all good. You can iron 'em out, just make sure you do it on low heat.

All in all, I'd say Dog Dog is a pretty solid choice if you're looking for some cute clothes that won't break the bank. Just make sure you double-check the sizing and be patient with the shipping.

When I went to pay, I was redirected to PayPal, which seemed normal enough. But then, after I paid, I didn't get any kind of confirmation email or tracking number. That seemed pretty fishy to me, because I've bought stuff online before and I always get some kind of confirmation right after I pay.

I waited a couple of days to see if anything would happen, but nothing did. So, I decided to email the company to see what was up. It took them two whole days to get back to me, which was kind of annoying. And when they did finally respond, the email was super poorly written and didn't make much sense. They said they didn't have any record of my purchase in their system and asked me to send them my address.

I was a little hesitant to do that, but I really wanted my clothes, so I sent them my info. And then...nothing. They just stopped responding to me altogether. It's really disappointing, because I was really looking forward to getting those cute clothes.

At this point, I'm pretty sure I got scammed. I'm going to look into filing a fraud investigation with PayPal and see if I can get my money back. I wouldn't recommend shopping at StoreDogDog to anyone.

I recently made a purchase from Dog Dog, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. I ordered two items, the Green Tiny People Dress and the Liquid Space Adventure Case for my phone. The phone case arrived in good condition and was exactly what I had ordered. However, it has since broken a few times, but I think that's more my fault for being clumsy and dropping my phone.

I made an order on December 1, 2020 from Dog Dog (storedogdog.net). The order was shipped on December 10, 2020. I paid for $15 express shipping and it arrived a week after shipment (to California)! It took about 2 and a half weeks to get to me since I placed my order. I signed up for DHL text updates so that was very helpful in terms of tracking my package. I really suggest paying the express shipping.

The items themselves were of good quality for the price. I knew some of the really cheap tanks would be synthetic material. The sizing was a bit tricky, as Asian sizing is smaller than other sizings, so make sure you check the exact measurements provided. For example, I'm 4'10 and some of the xs/s skirts were a bit short on me. The price was very affordable, as I got 7 tops, 2 skirts, 1 bag, and two pieces of jewelry which totaled to around $114 USD.

Overall, I didn't have any problems with my order. I would recommend purchasing from Dog Dog. Pay the express shipping of $15 and check exact measurements. The price is very low but the quality is good for the price and the clothes are very cute. I would definitely buy from them again!

So, I went on their website and saw that they promised to ship my order out within 3 days of me buying it. But, after waiting for a whole week with no update on shipping, I decided to shoot them an email. And, wouldn't you know it, they got back to me right away and said they'd ship it out in a couple of days. But then, nothing happened. So, I emailed them again and they told me that one of the things I ordered (a phone case) was out of stock. They said they'd ship my order anyway if they didn't get the phone case in 2 days. It ended up taking them 2 whole weeks to ship my order, but I didn't really mind since they shipped it with DHL express for free and it arrived in just a few days! :) Unfortunately, I didn't get my phone case, but they made up for it by giving me 2 random phone cases instead. Plus, one of the shirts I ordered came in the wrong color, but I actually liked that color just as much, so it didn't really bother me. All in all, I can say for sure that Dog Dog is not a scam and I really loved everything I got from them. Some of the clothes might not be the best quality, but you get what you pay for, right? They have so many cool and unique items, and I'm definitely gonna order from them again!

I just got my order from Dog Dog and I'm pretty happy with it! I ordered a bunch of stuff, like two hats, a shirt, two pairs of glasses, and a ring. We opted for the shipping method with a tracking number for a couple of dollars more, which put my mind at ease a bit. However, the order seemed to take some time to process, and we had also ordered from another site that day, which had already sent the info that it was shipping the next day. So, I waited about a week and sent a quick email to find out if there was a problem. I was worried that something had gone wrong, but I was delighted to receive a response within a couple of hours. They apologized and explained that the shop was closed for Chinese New Year, which I totally understood. Within two days, my order info came in, and it arrived within two weeks, almost a week before the other package we had ordered.

When my daughter opened the package, she loved everything except for the care bear tee shirt. The picture was much nicer than the dark-colored iron-on decal we got, which was a bit disappointing. However, they did use Gildan brand shirts, which was a plus. We also received free socks with her order instead of the free shirt or skirt over 80 USD that they advertise (our order was definitely over that).

As we figured, all could not be perfect, and we were happy to just settle with the two small errors/issues in the order. However, when it came time to wash the shirt, I started to get worried if the colors would run or if this decal would even hold up to washing. Sadly, it did not. The decal cracked and chipped as most iron-on decals will do.

After this, I thought it best to send a quick email to notify them of the product not being so wonderful and ask for a replacement or a credit to buy something of similar value (sent photos with my email). We again received an apologetic response within a couple of hours, saying they would ship a new shirt out to her. I also mentioned the mistake at this time since I was emailing anyways. They also agreed to send the free shirt that we should have gotten in the first order. We are currently waiting for the order to arrive, and I will guesstimate about three weeks again.

But I can say that I will definitely purchase from them again. I've been face to face in a store and not gotten the great service that this store so willingly provided, and without delay. Thanks, storedogdog! Can't wait to order again soon!
