I was returning 2 pkg to Amazon & one pkg had a prepaid label. The woman (heavy set working there at 2:02 PM on Dec 31, 2025) was rude! I was always calm & nice. She got very easily frustrated & showed she was with eyes rolling & seemed very impatient. I got my codes up on phone, she rolled her eyes like this isn't going to work, but it did. She needs another type job not dealing with the public. Also asked if my receipt shows all 3 pkgs returned, she said yes, but only shows 2. Wasn't a pleasant experience there!
