We called these guys to fix a leak at our condo. The renter was there and told the service guy about the leak under the fridge. He looked and saw the leak behind the fridge and pulled out the dishwasher. The renter said to just fix the fridge leak, but the guy capped the water line instead. It only took him 10 minutes and he charged us $425! Now the renter, who's an old guy, can't get water from the fridge. He said the service guy was rude and unprofessional and the charges were way too high. He felt like he got ripped off. When we called the company, they didn't care and said it wasn't their problem. They dropped the fee to $250, but the problem still wasn't fixed. They just capped the line. Don't use these guys! Find someone else.

I had an appointment with The Plumbing Experts, Inc and they said it would cost $98. When the person came to my house, I showed him the toilets and went back to work. He fixed the toilets without asking me and then said it would cost $450. I told him he should have asked me first if it was going to be more than $98. He said he didn't want to bother me. I called the office and they said they would figure it out when he got there, but I thought he wouldn't leave without getting paid. We ended up paying him $200 so he would leave.

On December 15, a driver from this company, in their company car, made an accident with one of our company cars. The driver is listed at fault on the police report. The Plumbing Experts ain't acknowledging the messages left by *** saying they don't know about any accident. So now, even though they got a police report and the driver's info, Mr. ***, they chose to go dark on the insurance carrier who can't start any repairs until their insured accepts responsibility. I think we pick companies based on many things like quality of work, responsiveness, morals, etc. Based on these, I'd suggest finding another company to work with as they might just ghost you if something goes wrong instead of doing what's right.

Plumbing Experts came to my rescue when I had a leak in my bathroom on 04/09. Plumber Dobrica Cakic came quickly and found that the main sewer pipe was the cause of the leak. The leak was coming from under the toilet, but the Water ramification company told the plumber to remove the bathtub and vanity, which was not necessary. The condo association paid for the plumber to snake the line from the toilet, and the leak stopped. However, the mold company told the plumber to cap off all plumbing into that bathroom, which was not needed. As a result, my bathroom is still gutted, and I'm waiting for my homeowners insurance to cover it. I asked for an estimate from the plumbing company to restore the plumbing that was capped off, but the plumber was supposed to come on June 2, and has not shown up yet.

Plumbing Experts sent a dude named Greg to fix my drain on 1/29. He wrote down what he was gonna do and said it would cost $275. But after he cut a pipe, he said he couldn't finish the job like he thought he could. He even wrote it on the same paper I signed! But then the company charged me the full amount anyways. They even threatened to put a lien on my house! Greg left a hole in my yard and a cut pipe. They charged my credit card and now I gotta dispute it. I didn't even sign the part that said I was satisfied with the work.
