Wow, these guys are amazing! They had a color expert to help me choose the right color for my house. They cleaned it up real good with a power wash, fixed all the cracks and painted it twice. My house looks like it's just been built and I'm so happy with it.

Paint Doctor did a great job on paintin our house in Highlands Ranch. They also re-stained our patio. Quality and professional work. Very competitive pricing. I jus bought a house in Pueblo and it needed a paint job on the outside. I already knew bout The Paint Doctor cuz I used them before. They painted my house in less than 3 days and it was a good price. They did a really good job and I was super happy with it. Johnny, the main painter, is really good. Da Paint Doctor is amazin'. Even tho dey use da best paint, some of my windows, in da bright sun all day, started to crack. Da Paint Doctor sanded, primed, and re-painted da windows under warranty. Da painters, Michael and Rey, were on time, careful, thorough, polite, and nice. I wouldn't go wit anyone else but Da Paint Doctor for my paintin' needs. The Paint Doctor painted our house in ***, March 2022. The owner, ***, is a good guy who knows his stuff. We're old folks and *** was cool with all our questions and worries. The main painter, ***, was a pro who was also chill and polite. We say go with the Paint Doctor, especially if you're old like us. No money up-front, not a penny until the job was done and *** did a walkaround. Wish all Pueblo businesses were this legit.

The Paint Doctor painted our rental property and our house looks beautiful, fresh, clean, and ready to sell. Which is our intentions. Brian was great from the beginning when he gave us a fair and reasonable quote (especially in this time when it seems people are trying to gouge you), to the end when he gave us a transferable warranty for the new owners. Our painter George did a great job and showed up every day until the job was completed and taken care of the details I requested. The house looks great, and I would highly recommend The Paint Doctor to anyone who wants professionalism, performance, and a great-looking house.

We jus bought our first investment property. The house was in good shape but the paint inside was a mess. We had three companies come out to give us a quote. *** was super excited, helpful, and taught us a lot. He even knew what his competition would say. He was the only painter who said he wouldn't take any money until the job was done - and we were happy. He gave us a quote right then and there (the only one who did) - and it was the best value. We felt like we could trust *** and The Paint Doctor because of their experience, time in business, reviews, and pictures of their work. *** was also the only painter who didn't spend a lot of time telling us his team was licensed and experts (we assume that's a given when hiring a professional). *** was always quick to answer our calls and questions and to schedule. He even called after the job was done to make sure we were happy. His team did an amazing job - high ceilings, molding, baseboards, trim, doors, everything was perfect and clean. They took great care to protect the floors and cabinets. We are so happy with the job The Paint Doctor did. We couldn't have done it ourselves. They did great work and finished quickly. We highly recommend them and will use them again and tell our friends!

We just moved to the area and found the Paint Doctor through a mailer. We had them and another company come out to give estimates. TPD gave a higher one, but we heard they do a better job. TPD was open to negotiation on the price, and we paid more than the other company. The painting team showed up first thing on the day arranged and were very fast. We asked them to paint the walls of our main rooms upstairs and down, which involved a vaulted ceiling upstairs and a surprise set of fans downstairs. The team turned the fans off for the duration of the project but didn't seem set back by the event. They also sealed some screw holes where we had taken down an unwanted wall shelf. After they finished, the team leader showed us around to see where there were bits to look at, such as a spot where a previous paint job had dripped. He offered to sand it down and paint it again. He also pointed out where we need to get a handyman out to look at one of the ceiling beams. The whole crew was gone by midafternoon, leaving behind lovely white walls and crisp edges along the trim. We recommend their services!

I got a deal with The Paint Doctor Inc for painting stuff. They did some work but it wasn't complete and needed some touch ups. I reached out to the sales dude who also owns the biz but he hardly ever calls me back. I gotta chase them down for answers and they keep giving me the runaround. They say they'll come one day but then nobody shows up and when I call, nobody picks up. They haven't finished the job like they said they would.

I hired Paint Doctor Inc. back in 2016 to paint my fence with some fancy acrylic coating. The guy named Brian offered me an 8-year warranty, which I was like, "cool, I'll take it." But fast forward to May , and the paint was already coming off. So I called them up, and some dude came over to check it out and agreed that it needed some work. He said they'd be back on June 6th, but they never showed up. I called three more times and talked to the secretary, who said she'd contact him, but no response. I even called in August, but still no response. And now it's September, and they won't even pick up the phone when they see it's me. What a bummer.

I got my house painted by Paint Doctor and it was a mess - they hired another guy (which was a bummer) who did a bad job. I told them during the work and they said they'd fix it under warranty. I paid extra for a longer warranty and better paint. But the paint started bubbling right after they finished, then it started peeling and now there's bare wood. The boss came to check it out and said he'd fix it last October. Every time I call, they say they'll talk to the boss and call me back but they never do. It's been months and now they don't even answer my calls. I need this fixed! I thought Paint Doctor was a good company but they're not doing what they said they would.

I called The Paint Doctor cuz everyone said he was good at his job. He had all these awards and stuff like A.A.R.P. and World Health Organization. I'm 79 and he gave me a discount cuz I was in the military and I'm handicapped. I hired him on 3/29 and thought he was done on 4/29 but it needed more work. I asked him to finish it but he didn't answer my calls. Finally, two guys came but they didn't speak English and messed up the paint job. I called Brian Wooldridge but he didn't answer. He's a liar and a bad man.

I hired Paint Doctor Inc (PD) to paint my house and shed on 2/6. They gave me a fake liability insurance copy, which I didn't know at the time. On 3/21, I took a drone video of my roof before they started working. PD did the work from 4/1 to 4/3, and I paid them in full on 4/3. On 4/4, I flew my drone to check the areas of my house that I couldn't see from the ground and found 31 broken concrete roof tiles from the painters. I contacted Brian on 4/5 and sent him pictures of the damage. He said his roofer would contact me. PD's roofer contacted me on 4/22. I contacted my insurance on 5/3, and she told me that PD's liability insurance expired in 2015, and they didn't have an active policy. On 5/4, the roofer came to look at my roof. I told PD on 5/7 that no one could get on my roof without valid liability insurance. On 5/8, Brian sent me a new liability insurance copy with an effective policy dated 5/8, but I couldn't confirm it with the insurance agency. PD agreed to pay for another company to fix the damage on 5/8. On 5/12, I gave PD an estimate, and Brian agreed to reimburse me. Despite multiple contacts with PD, I haven't received any reimbursement as of 7/5.

I got my house painted by The Paint Doctor Inc on 7/18/2022. The crew came on 7/21,23,26 and 30th to do the work. They didn't finish the west side and front frame of the garage. There were bees in the vines on the west side of the garage on the 30th, so I gave them some time. I called the owner, ***, twice but he never called back. I emailed him on 8/4/2022 and 8/14/2022 but he never replied. They came back a few days later and did the west side of the garage, except the upper north side. I emailed him again on 10/1/2022 with photos but he still didn't reply. I'm having trouble attaching the emails I sent him. Can you help me with that? Thanks

The paint guys were supposed to do the job, but they didn't do it right. They put plastic on the windows and left it there for days. When they took it off, there was sticky stuff all over the windows. They said they would come back in May to clean it up, but they never did. I called The Paint Doctor a bunch of times and they kept saying they would send someone out, but they never did. I even talked to the boss, Brian, and he said he would call me back, but he never did. I sent him pictures of some other stuff that needed to be fixed, but he still didn't do anything. I called the office and left a message, but they didn't call me back for a long time. When they finally did call me back, they said they would send someone out on October 19th, but they didn't show up again.

I hired The Paint Doctor to paint my house with Brian. He convinced me to use his company because of their experience and knowledge. The contract was to scrape and prime all the loose paint, caulk all the siding, trim, fascia, soffits, and cracks, and re-nail loose nails. However, they did minimal caulking and priming. Chad, the painter, came and made a mess, overspraying on the wakeboard tower, storage shed, concrete, window screens, and more. He also did not replace a board under the window, just nailed a 2X2 over it to conceal it. Chad came back to fix some of the issues, but he only made it worse. I called Brian, and he agreed to come out and look at the paint job. Chad called me a liar via text, which upset me. Brian came out and saw the terrible mess Chad made, and he agreed to fix it. However, it took a month for Brian to send out a crew, and they did not show up. Brian promised to send another crew, but he won't answer my calls. I just want them to provide the service that I paid for.

Painting the outside of our house was supposed to be a breeze with The Paint Doctor Inc. We met with Brian *** on May 1st and signed a contract to start on May 18th. Brian told us the painters would be here at 8:00 am every day and the job would take five days. We called Brian on May 9th to see if we could move the start date up to May 15th because we had family coming into town on May 21st. Brian said it wouldn't be a problem and confirmed the new start date. I took off work on May 15th for the painters to start, but they didn't show up. The power wash guy finally showed up on May 18th at 6:23 pm and the painters arrived on May 19th at 9:50 am. They only worked for an hour and a half and left, saying they would be back at 7:00 am the next day. But they didn't show up on May 20th. We've only gotten two and a half hours of work done and we both took off the entire week for this project. We're frustrated because Brian said the painters would be here at the same time every day, but that's not true. We also asked for a Lien Waiver/Protection Form several times and haven't received it yet. Brian said he would produce the form, but we haven't seen it. We want this job done right and on time. If not, we'll take our business elsewhere. We paid good money for good quality workmanship and we're worried about how the job will turn out.
