Our experience with Arizona Painting Company has been the worst home improvement project to date ! Extremely disappointed with the quality of service from this company. I would NEVER recommend this company.

I spoke with a color consultant from Arizona Painting Company, and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped my husband and me pick out the perfect colors for our new home! I'm so excited to get started on this project, and she made sure of it. I will definitely be utilizing Arizona Painting Company for any more projects in the future.

The Arizona Painting Company's paint team did an excellent repair and paint on our sand stucco. This was a one week job on *** square feet plus side property walls and rear lake wall and fence. I would go with them again. Price was in the same range. Arrival times of 7am were punctual. Professionalism, thoughtfulness, and pride of workmanship were apparent. Thanks for doing a good job.

I know someone who works for them and they work these men like DOGS, first day on the job my friend worked straight hours in the middle of the day, by law they are REQUIRED to allow 30 minute breaks through out the day when doing strenuous outdoor manual labor. The people that work for your company are NOT robots, they are humans.The quality of their work depends on HOW they treat their people, so if your riding and screaming, and blaming, and pointing fingers, chances are you have crappy workers. TREAT YOUR PEOPLE RIGHT!

I hired Arizona Painting Company to paint my house because they were attentive and detail-oriented in the bidding process and they also warranty their work. Johnny & Noe were the crew that was assigned to my house. They were super nice, respectful, easy to work with and outgoing! They just finished after 3 really long days of solid detailed painting. They seriously went above and beyond on every part of the job. The finished product is better than I could have ever expected. These guys are solid, detailed, everything is buttoned-up and done with care. Would highly recommend them and this crew specifically!

We signed a contract to hire this company to paint our walls back in early April. Only after they received our $300 down payment from our neighbor did they inform us that they could not start until Mid-May, 4 weeks later. Here it is May 14th, and their general manager, Lorenzo, is demanding we pay for the job in full or else they won't complete it. The wall they did paint is only half-painted because we refused to pay for the job until it was finished. We were being cautious because other customers warned us not to pay them in full until the job was finished because their contractors tend to walk off after receiving full payments.

Thank you AZ Painting Company! We love the results of our house! John, Sarah and the rest of your crew were awesome! They were all friendly, hard working and kept us informed every step of the way. We are not morning people so they were ok starting a little later in the morning even during the summer. We also have 4 dogs and they were very understanding about giving us time during the day to get them in the backyard for bathroom breaks! When we called about a touch up, they came no questions asked. We will be calling you again if we decide to paint again and if any friends or coworkers ask we will highly recommend you! I would not recommend this company. There were a number of issues with the project and the company was not receptive to discuss or correction. They were right and I was wrong. 1. There seemed to be a lot of confusion about what was supposed to be painted from the people who showed up to paint. 2. After the job had already started it was then disclosed that the paint was flat and not satin and charged me 900.00 dollars even through that is what I requested from the estimator and thought that is what I was paying for. 3. Several times I was ask if I wanted different things done that was not on the invoice like replacing the wood around the garage and he would do it separate from the company for 450.00. 4. I was also not made aware that if I used a credit card I would be charged 2 or 3% additional. 5. The 1st 3 days the crew left without cleaning up a lot of the garbage in the yard. I would caution anyone considering using this company.

ESTIMATE: On March 19, Arizona Painting Company provided us with an estimate for the following job:

Job: Repainting walls and trim in multiple rooms
Total: $1788.54

Home-WALLS: Repaint all walls throughout the following rooms: Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, and Main Hallway.

TRIM: Repaint all door frames (Facing painted areas only) and baseboards throughout the following rooms: Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, and Main Hallway.

NOTES: The job includes applying 2 full coats of paint, filling all holes and cracks in the walls, and texturing where needed.

We signed the contract for the work to start on 4/15 and paid a deposit of $895.00. However, I received a call the afternoon before stating that they would not be able to start until 4/16.

A two-man crew arrived and completed only one-third of the work, excluding the patching and retexturing. Unfortunately, they informed us that they would not be able to return to finish until 4/19, which caused us to rearrange our work schedules.

When they finally returned, they "completed" the job, but we discovered paint on our brand new flooring, an entire wall left undone, and patchy finish work at best.
