We were very pleased with the interior painting work by Vivax Pros. The entire process from planning, estimates and final work was very professional and informative. Their site crew of Vincente and Omar of Mejia painting did an excellent job. They competed the work ahead of estimated time and cleanup was great. Project manager Adam fixed a few minor things at final walk through. Roberta D.

We couldn't be happier with the result of the full paint exterior and new color scheme for our stucco home. *** was very communicative to make sure the result was superior and exceeded our expectations. The crew showed up early, was detail-oriented and made sure we were very pleased with the final product and clean-up. I would highly recommend *** and his team! Vivax Pros were extremely professional and personable. From the estimate, schedulers, project manager and crew (Skyler, Brianna, Hunter, Arturo) we had a great experience. Each section was responsive, communicative, available, prompt, and the exterior paint job on our Denver Square home was done in the timeframe promised as weather allowed. The crew prepped, painted as we requested and cleaned up after themselves each day while on the job. I plan to use Vivax Pros for an interior paint job soon.

From the first contact Vivax was always extremely courteous, professional, and transparent. Their pricing was upfront and appropriate. The "no deposit" payment plan, with total paid only upon complete satisfaction of the finished work, was a major selling point for me. The project manager and his crew were prompt, hard-working and thorough (and fun to talk with) from day one till day four when the last bit of paint was applied. There will be no hesitation to use Vivax Pros in the future, or to recommend them to others.

We recently had our house painted by Vivax Pros, and they did a great job. We were very impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail and hard work. Hunter S. was our project manager, and he kept us informed about each phase of our project and answered all of our questions. Osmar was our head painter, and I really appreciated his professional opinions. The whole team was courteous and professional, and they worked 12-hour days! Rarely do you find a company that is this customer oriented, reliable, professional and hard working. We highly recommend Vivax Pros.

I had scheduled to meet *** on a Sunday at 1:30 for an estimate to get the trim painted on my home. I waited until after 2:00 and there was still no call, no show and no contact. I called the office and of course there was no answer, so I left a message stating I was waiting. The next day *** left a message at my home phone later in the afternoon. She sounded like she had 12 cups of coffee. She said she had a family emergency the day before and wanted to meet up TODAY and repeatedly said "I want to take care of you guys". Funny how she was able to leave a message THAT day! If I was able to meet on Monday I would've schedule for Monday! That is no way to run a business. There's plenty of competition out there so I'll be hiring another company.

Vivax Pros painted our house in 2011 and did a great job, so we decided to use them again and we were again very pleased with the outcome. The project manager, ***, did a great job in communicating with us once the project started and was onsite daily checking on the progress of the painting crew and our satisfaction. *** and his crew worked very hard for this large house and two shed project and *** made sure to come back a couple days later to do some touch-*** Our only concern was the delay in starting the project about a week or so because of the departure of the original project manager. We would have wished to have had sooner communication about that situation and delay from the project coordinator. We would recommend Vivax Pros again and to others. Like for any contractor project, it is important to push a little as a homeowner to make sure things stay on track.

Everyone we dealt with through Vivax was wonderful from start to finish! With the safer at home it was an odd time to have the interior of my home painted, but everyone at Vivax was careful about wearing masks and respectful of being aware of distancing. I had only planned to have the exterior quoted, however, Kristen was so knowledgable and personable, that I decided to have the interior and staircase painted as well. We were contacted by email or phone through every step of the process. Margaret, the project coordinator was wonderful, she kept us updated on what to expect and even helped me narrow down the exterior paint colors. That was the most dificult part of the process for me and she made that easier. Ryan was so helpful, organized and professional every step of the process flowed smoothly with no issues.I can say the same about Lex who helped with the interior process. This was something we were not looking forward to doing, but knew it had to be done. Everyone at Vivax made this a easy, organized process with minimal disruption to our time. I am so glad I decided on Vivax. I cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone we dealt with, would do it again.

It's not often my husband and I feel compelled to write a review. More often than not, the companies we've dealt with have done an ok job, but nothing to write home about, so to speak. We're very happy to say, Vivax was different. Our Project Manager, Cathy O., and the crew were great! Cathy said the job would take just two days to complete, and it actually did! We didn't have to pay until the job was done and we were 100% satisfied - that's unheard of in this day and age but greatly appreciated! Vivax has actually restored our faith in doing business with home improvement companies. We signed up back in February to have our bathroom remodeled. We were told, and in fact it's in our contract, that it would take just two weeks. We were entering our fifth week, when the pandemic hit, and there was still much work to be done. They did eventually come back to finish the job, but I can't say we're 100% satisfied, or that we would recommend the company to anyone. Their motto seemed to be, over promise, under deliver. It was so refreshing to deal with a company that did exactly what they said they would do, and did a great job. The crew was very hard working and diligent. Our thanks to Cathy O. and Vivax Pros. We wish every company cared as much about customer service, as you do. Thank you!

Vivax Pro painted our house 10 years ago, and we were very satisfied with the results. They even offered to take our color choices to the *** to have our colors approved so that we wouldn't need to bother. In their words, "we do this all the time--we take 20 or 30 paint approval requests and just get them all approved at once." Sure enough, they got the colors approved and saved us the hassle--or so we thought, all these years.A few months ago, we received word from the Association that it's time to paint our house again, and we asked if we would need to go through the color approval process again, since we liked the colors and didn't want to change it (but knew it needed to be repainted after 10 years of weather and wear! The *** said "Yes, you will need to submit your colors for approval--ESPECIALLY SINCE YOU NEVER GOT THEM APPROVED WHEN YOU PAINTED 10 YEARS AGO."What? We explained that Vivax Pro got the approval done for us, and they said, "Yes, they tell a lot of people that, but there's a reason you have no approval in writing. They never submitted your colors for approval--and they have done that quite a lot over the years. We don't find out until after the painting is already done and no approval requests were ever submitted."We submitted our paint colors today, and want others in our community to know not to trust Vivax to meet the local community requirements. if they cut corners there, where else do they cut them?(Also, the painter we chose instead quoted a price to us of nearly $2,000 less for the same job! We won't choose Vivax again!)

VIVAX PROS is the only way to go! We were looking to complete our modest interior remodel (kitchen, living room and hall/stairways) with fresh new colors on the walls and ceilings. In February , we went to the Denver Garden and Home show and were met with overwhelming selections of painting companies to consider, VIVAX PROS being one of them (prior to this we had never heard of them). We scheduled a in-home estimate with Vivax Pros and Kylee was amazing, knowledgeable and prepared with color wheels in-hand. She took time to get to know us and our vision. We received the bid and it was in range with the other bids we received. We chose to go with VIVAX PROS because they use Sherwin Williams products, guaranteed coverage at NO ADDITIONAL COST and have 1-yr warranty for touch ups. Our project was advanced to the schedule coordinator, Bree, who was personable and flexible especially because of the onset of the COVID-19 environment we all now find ourselves in. Once our project had a secured start date, our project was advanced to our Project Manager, Lindsay. Not one detail about our remodel project was lost from our initial meeting with Kylee. Lindsay, her manager, and the painting crew (Erik and Alex) all came in for the initial walk through listening to our goals and concerns and discussing their plan of action. The project started that day and wrapped up couple of days later. The attention to detail was great! The straight lines between light colored walls and the dark accent walls is precise and pleasing to the eye. They did an amazing job protecting floors, lighting, ceiling fans. And even Odie in the accounting department was great! He clearly received our request to mail us a paper copy of our receipt in the mail as well as sending us an electronic version. We are so incredibly pleased with VIVAX PROS. Professional. Detailed-oriented. Quality Service. Superb Value. On-schedule. Great Company. Thank you VIVAX PROS!
