I hired Charlotte County Painting & Resurfacing, Inc. to fix my driveway, but they didn't do a good job. The cracks came back in the same spots less than a year later, and it looks even worse than before they started. I paid $4000 for this and feel like I got ripped off. They don't stand by their work.

So, I got my driveway painted by Charlotte County Painting & Resurfacing, Inc. in March. But by August, it started peeling off in many spots. And, mind you, there wasn't much traffic on it. I've been trying to reach out to them, but no one ever responds. They promised a 1-year guarantee, but it seems like they don't care about it.

I had these guys come back to my house for the 2nd time to do some work. They did my pool before and now they did my driveway, walkway, and garage. The whole team was great, especially Jake. I'm super happy with the job they did and my neighbors keep telling me how good my driveway looks. Highly recommend Charlotte County Painting & Resurfacing, Inc.

These dudes did an awesome job. When we had a question 'bout one of our color choices, they gave us great advice and showed us past results to back their recommendations. This helped us make a quick decision and wind up with a better lookin' project. Hard to believe, but most of the job was hand work usin' random layout and small power tools to achieve a more "natural" look. Final touch was by-hand color shading along with 2 coats of sealer. All through this, the dudes were polite, patient, and helpful with our questions. Very important for somethin' you can't bring back to the store!

I was told they'd give me a warranty for a year on the driveway paint. But, it started peeling in just 4 months in a few spots. I reached out to them, but they said they never said anything about a warranty. Then, they stopped talking to me altogether. They even tried to say I was a tough customer, but I wasn't even around when they did the job.

Got my driveway resurfaced by Charlotte County Painting & Resurfacing, Inc. in Jan. They said it had a 5yr warranty, but less than a year later, it got some cracks and chips. I called them several times since Jan, but they haven't fixed it yet. We were away from May until Jan 2020, and when we came back, the surface had some cracks and chips. I called them in mid-Jan, and they said they would come and fix it, but nobody has shown up yet. I paid $2,580.00 for the job, and John was the Rep I talked to. He said he would take care of it, but it's still not fixed. I paid for it with my Discover Card last year.

Me and my old lady (we're retired vets) made a deal with Charlotte County Painting & Resurfacing, Inc. to fix up our concrete lamias. We signed papers on August 8 and they were supposed to start on October 5 (that's like two months). But they never showed up! I called them a bunch of times and they said they were behind and would let us know when they could come. The boss man said he'd give us our money back if we wanted. But even after all my calls, I still haven't gotten my deposit back. He said he made a copy of the check because he's dealt with people like us before. I told him he's taking advantage of us old folks and he's just holding onto the check to cheat us.

I got my driveway done by Charlotte County Painting & Resurfacing, Inc. in Feb 2020. They said it would last 3-5 years, but in May , the edges started breaking off and cracking. Their guy came to check it out and wrote up a contract to fix it for $165. I kept calling to find out when they would do the work, but they never gave me a time frame. They just kept saying "I'm passing this to the boss." I have all the texts and photos to prove it. Then on Oct 4, 2021, I found out the guy had left and I had to call the owner. He was really rude and said there was no warranty, even though it was in writing on the contract. I told him I was going to contact the ComplaintsBoard.com and he got even more rude.
