The "Original" Kettering Overhead Door

I paid Kettering Overhead Door $863.00 on June 3, for a new window. They installed it on September 16, but when it rained hard a few days later, I noticed that water, air, and insects were getting in. I called them five times over the next seven weeks, but they only sent someone to look at it on November 11. The salesman said it was an easy fix and promised to call me when the part came in. But they never did. It's now March 23, 2022, and my window still has a hole that lets in water, air, and insects. I called them on March 8, 2022, but they said the salesman was in a meeting and would call me back. But they never did. I just want them to install the missing weatherstripping so my window can finally be sealed like it should have been six months ago.
