Hi! Earlier this year, I called to change my subscription to Digital Only as my Sunday paper had not been delivered for months, since perhaps one or two in Jan, 2026. Today, I saw that my subscription still says “Sunday Delivery + Digital.” I have not received the Sunday paper this year. Certainly NONE since February.
Claimed loss: Five months of Sunday papers
Desired outcome: I want to keep my digital subscription. If digital is less than a Sunday+Digital, please refund Feb-June.
