I have called numerous times regarding charges anywhere from $9.95 to $29.99, depending on which "branch" of this group is playing their game. (Proud Patriots, 1776 Society, Fallen Yet Not Forgotten). This has been ongoing for over 9 months and I have yet to receive a call from anyone. My bank will only refund one month. I do not have time for junk like this or a bunch of thieves. I am a full time caregiver for my handicap husband who served his country and would not steal a penny from anyone. This bunch needs to be arrested and forced to repay every penny they have scammed people out of. Now, HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?! Calling [protected] does NOTHING.

Proud Patriots is a patriotic company! You should totally buy from them 'cause they're all about supporting America and keepin' your money right here at home. And let me tell ya, their products are top-notch!

I been doin' biz with Proud Patriots for years and always happy with their stuff they sell and how they take care of me. They really pay attention to what I want.

I've ordered from this company before and it went well. But this time, I had a little issue, but they fixed it in a big way. Can't ask for better customer service than what they gave. I'll definitely buy from them again in the future.

Written words ain't enough to describe this company when it comes to their products, follow up, and customer service. So, I ordered one of them TRUMPINATORS, right? But when it arrived, it was all messed up and damaged. But guess what? They replaced it super fast, without even asking any questions. Now, that's what I call some quick service! I couldn't have asked for anything more.

I sended my first email Friday evening and they responded that a customer service staff member would contact me on Monday. Less then 2 hours of their first contact on Monday my issue was resolved. Once I sended them the all the information they needed, they determined a new product would be sent out. Thanks for quality service.

We are being charged $29.99 for each of the past 2 months (maybe more). I am not aware of what these charges are for. My husband may have ordered a product but says he did NOT order OR authorize any purchases that would have a monthly subscription or monthly charge. He has called the company and he has emailed to no avail. We have a limited income and can not afford these charges for no reason.

This is a scamming, theiving company. I never authorized my debt card to be billed monthly. This company tricked me! Now that I am trying to cancel this non wanted membership the company wants an order number to cancel. I do not have an order number. I can not find an order number and this company does not make it known where to find it. To cancel through email the company wants a well written letter with the order number. I have no interest I. Forming a well written letter to cancel. Also, I would need the order number to cancel. Unfollow, the order number is not forthcoming.

I bought somethin' from Proud Patriots' website in November , costin' less than $20. They sneaky put a tick in a box for a 'default' contribution, which I didn't notice. Then they used that as an excuse to take *** from my bank account every month. When I told 'em about it, they said they sent lots of emails that probably went to spam. I told 'em they should've made me CONFIRM my "donation" (which was stolen) and cancel it. But no, they didn't do that. They're shady, straight-up thieves. They think it's fine to steal from folks and pretend they're doin' somethin' good by givin' a bit to those in need. I wanna know how much they keep for themselves. Either way, they're shady, and you should know there are thieves operatin' in your state. I'm gonna report this common scam to the *** Attorney General, who will definitely take action against these so-called "honorable" thieves. They canceled my "subscription," but wouldn't give me my $130 back. That's criminal. They had the nerve to say, "have a blessed day," like hypocrites who deserve justice.

I never got my order 'cause it's been stuck in the shipping dept for like a whole month, according to their cust svc. They won't cancel or give me a refund. I placed the order on 1/15. I tried calling PP on 1/27 'cause I never got the stuff. They never answered any of my calls and never called me back. So then I emailed PP and asked them to CANCEL the purchase, but they said they couldn't 'cause it was already in the shipping process. But guess what? It was NEVER SHIPPED! They should've canceled it when I first asked. Two weeks later, I emailed them again. This time, they just said the same thing they said two weeks ago. It's still in the shipping process and they won't cancel or refund my money. Now it's been a whole month and these products are still stuck in shipping. They still won't give me a refund for stuff I NEVER got and have been asking to cancel this whole time! Today, they emailed me telling me how to get a refund. First, I gotta return the items, BUT THEY NEVER SENT THEM OUT! And only after they get these non-existing items, they'll refund my money. They also said they're keeping the shipping fees for stuff that was never shipped and I asked to cancel so many times. This "company" is just awful and a total scam.

My order came on Feb 20, 2021. I made the order on Jan 10, 2021. I got my new coins, but one has a scratch. Proud Patriots is a disgrace to the USA. Hey fellow Americans and ComplaintsBoard.com. Proud Patriots told me on January 10 that my order would arrive in 2-3 weeks (maybe longer cuz of COVID-19). Some time went by and I couldn't think of any excuse they'd have when my order didn't come by February 9, so I emailed their customer support. They sent me an automated reply saying customer service would get back to me in 1-2 days. But I never got an email or call from them. More time passed, so I decided to call them on February 19, during their open hours (starting at 10:00am). When I called at 10:00, I was instantly told by a machine to leave a message. I thought maybe they weren't at work yet, so I waited 30 minutes and called again, but got the same machine. After leaving 1 voicemail, I felt frustrated and thought about asking for a refund through ComplaintsBoard.com. Today, February 20, I got my 2 coins in the mail. After all that waiting and no customer support, one of the coins (in the case) has a scratch. Now I really don't wanna wait another month for them to send me another coin that might or might not have a scratch, but I'll say this. Proud Patriots, you're always gonna be a stain on the mint condition name "United States of America." Anyone reading this, be careful with them, spend your money somewhere else.

I ordered one product from this company's website but was double billed on my credit card statement. I have yet to receive any product and cannot reach anyone at this company. Product_Or_Service: Trump Bobblehead

Purchase a product in October and received it in January . Since then I have been getting recurring monthly charges to now. I have used all resources to contact customer service: email, phone, chat, Facebook messenger. I got one email that recurring charges would cease.

I ordered a patriot space $2 bill. When I looked at my bank account it showed two bills were ordered. I contacted the compant right away to ask that I just wanted one of the $2 bills credited back to my bank account. They refused saying they were already being prepped for shipping. They also chared to my bank account a sum of 21.39 and I have no idea what it is for. When I asked they did not give me an answer. All I want is $35.29 and $21.39 credited back to my bank account. I also never received a conformation on my order via email.

Item is taking too long to ship out. Was told it was going to take 28 days or more to be shipped. Ordered 1/8. Order # ***. Ordered the item 1/8. The item is taking too long to ship out. They sent me tracking information but it keeps saying a label was made and nothing shipped. Have also been getting spammed with emails/texts that I have never signed up for. Had to email them to remove me, which they did, but had to block the number they were texting me from. Extremely disruptive and annoying. Not sure why it takes over a month for 1 item to be shipped. Emailed customer service, waiting for their response for the full refund.

unwanted text message advertisements This business obtained my message telephone number and started to send advertising text message for their products. My message telephone number does not have the ability to send text messages in return, so it is impossible to opt out of their advertising by sending a "stop" text message. I contacted their customer service email address on a number of occasions to have the business manually stop the text message advertising campaign and explained to them my message telephone can not send text messages. Their customer services has refused to address this issue and I continue to receive unwanted text advertising from their business on a daily basis for over a month.

I ordered 5-$2.00 commerative for9-11 for Christmas, with my discover card. At the end of transaction I was given a total of $29.99, higher then it was supposed to be but it was a gift do I figured what the heck. After I tried to leave that page I'm sent to a page that says welcome to our monthly subscription you we will be charged $66.75, I tried to cancel back up even call the number, (not them),so I called discover and they opened up a dispute and I thought that was the end till today when I received another $2.00 and my discover statement and I was rebilled the $66.74 and a $29.99 I called and they said being that they had documents stating they were going to charge me then sent me the items and had proof of that they get their money and as long as they keep sending me stuff I have to pay. I just want them to stop sending me stuff, I don't have money to send it back and I can't get discover to help me, will you please?

Shipping Policy at time of order " Any order over $50 is free shipping" Order total was $64.97 with $4.95 shipping being applied Proudpatriots customer support has Claimed to be unaware of message content that was sent to them however these messages were acknowledged as Received by the automated system. Claims " happy to refund entire order" if I would close open disputes. These disputes would automatically close if proudpatriots would in fact refund. Have unsubscribed twice on their site to stop receiving political propaganda. Still happening Received a recent self serving customer support reply that is unsupported by the facts & can easily & successfully be disputed. I would respectfully request submission of proof in support of the claim Made in the USA Why do you have a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee ? There have been other issues which are not being presented here & at this time My position has been & continues to be very simple do not ship & refund

Made purchase and was immediately bombarded with Trump propaganda in emails and texts. Cancelled the order immediately - they would not cancel. I purchased the "SPACE FORCE" NEW LOGO - GENUINE LEGAL TENDER U.S. $2 BILL. There was no mention of the company's affiliation with Trump. Company indicated it takes 3-4 weeks to receive. I was immediately bombarded with Trump propaganda in emails and texts so I immediately contacted the company and cancelled my order. They responded, saying the order couldn't be cancelled because it was being shipped. Nothing that is shipped takes that long in the US. I threatened contacting the ComplaintsBoard.com and the representative stated their administrator would be cancelled and $29.98 of the $32.98 purchase price would be refunded back to my card. Even that portion of refund never appeared on my credit card card. I contacted them several times and they will not refund my money. Additionally, despite my requests to be taken off their Trump text and email spams, I continue to be bombarded with Trump propaganda in emails and texts. I am worried that they will do additional harm with my credit card information.

COMPANY CONDUCTS ITSELF IN A FRAUDULENT MANNER! NOT TRUSTWORTHY! I placed an order with this Company in late February. I Ordered the Item through PayPal. This company contacted me, later in the day, THEY Contacted Me, and WRONGFULLY Told me that my PayPal Transaction was DENIED, and I needed to FURNISH them with a Credit Card, or the Order would be CANCELLED. I gave the man that Information. The whole arrangement seemed ODD to me. I place several HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS, a month. NEVER ANY ISSUES before this one! THEN (2) TWO items arrived in the mail. I IMMEDIATELY called the company, THEY informed me THAT I WAS IN THE WRONG! They told me that I CALLED THEM, AND GAVE THEM MY CREDIT CARD! BLATANT LIES! I advised them, that I was contacted by THEM, and told that the Transaction was DENIED. The woman told me that she "Would check it out". I asked for a RETURN LABEL, to ship the FRAUDULENTLY ORDERED Item back. She said that I MUST PAY FOR the Postage, and they WILL REIMBURSE ME. I reluctantly RETURNED the item. SEVERAL of my Emails and Phone messages were IGNORED. I TELEPHONED DILIGENTLY. I finally got a HUMAN BEING on the phone. This woman advised me that a CREDIT WAS ISSUED TWO WEEKS AGO! I contacted my bank, And they confirmed that was a LIE! NO CREDIT WAS ISSUED. These individuals STOLE MY MONEY! HELP!
