I was interested in subscribing; however, when I called I was put on hold. The automated system kept telling me I was 4th in line. After 20 minutes of getting the same message, I decided to call back. When I called back the message said "the office is closed"! So, I sat on hold for 20 minutes, but was never told the office was closed.
Very poor system. It seems that a newbie programmer could put together a better system! Come on! The NYT is supposed to be a world class paper. Hire some professionals to put together your systems!
Desired outcome: Somebody actually answer the phone!!!!!!!
