My son is leaving for college and went into the overland park store to get a suit for rush. The people there were rude and very unhelpful. He said he just left and no one cared. I understand that kids can be entitled but this kid is not. He is very respectful and works in retail and understands what it's like. Very disappointed in the custome service.
