The Men's Warehouse review: I was in your store Friday March 14,2025 in Fairfax Virginia around 10:30 and have never been so upset with your staff

I entered your store on March 14,2025 around 10:15AM and the younger man with dark hair was helping someone and the older man with a beard was also helping someone. The older man said good morning to me. I was on the right side of the store looking for a shirt and literally was ignored for 25 minutes before I finally spoke up and said, I have been waiting here for help!
The bad part is the rude guy with a beard literally spoke to me, finished helping the guy he was with, went to the back, stayed back there for 10-15 minutes, comes out and I guess some buddy comes in and he ignores me to help this guy who was bragging about working close to the President. Also, three more people walked in and they both helped them instead of me. I AM APPULED. I needed a shirt to bury my mother in an emergency and got an attitude once I spoke up for myself to get help. The younger man finally helped me and the other unprofessional guy is clamming up to MIKE who must be a VIP. I got my shirt, ties, and left because I didn't have time to head to another store. If my employee would have acted this way, I would have had a huge issue with this. I will think long and hard before I come back. I am also glad i bought my suit elsewhere because I needed a new one as well along with shoes. This cost your store over $1,500.00 and future business!
