I was really excited to get my hands on some gear from The Marathon Clothing website, but it's been over a month and I still haven't received everything I ordered. I spent a good chunk of change on six items, including some hoodies and beanies that I was really looking forward to wearing this winter. But now, I'm feeling pretty let down.

I've reached out to customer service a few times, but haven't gotten much of a response. It's frustrating to spend so much money and not even be able to get a clear answer about when my items will arrive. I understand that things can get delayed during the holiday season, but it's been a while now and I'm starting to lose hope.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with The Marathon Clothing. I was hoping to support a great brand and get some quality clothing, but it seems like that's not going to happen anytime soon. I'll keep waiting and hoping that my items will eventually arrive, but for now, I wouldn't recommend ordering from this website.

I recently made a purchase on themarathonclothing.com during a special promotion where I could get some shirts and hoodies at a discounted price. I was excited about my purchase and decided to pay an additional $30 for 2-day shipping so that I could receive my items quickly. However, after waiting for three weeks, I still had not received any shipping information or updates about my order.

I tried to contact customer service multiple times, but unfortunately, I did not receive any replies. I was frustrated and disappointed that I could not get any answers about my order. Eventually, I decided to cancel my order since I did not want to wait any longer without any updates.

To my surprise, they cancelled my order without any explanation or apology. I was confused and frustrated that they did not even acknowledge my email. I decided to send another email asking why my order was cancelled, and finally, I received a response from a lady who explained that my order was cancelled due to my email.

Although I was relieved to finally receive an answer, I was disappointed that it took so long to get a response. I wish that the customer service team had been more responsive and helpful throughout the process. Despite this experience, I still believe that themarathonclothing.com has some great products, but I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future.

My hubby is a huge fan of The Marathon Clothing. I wanted to surprise him with some fresh gear before we hit up Sin City. They had a sweet deal going on where if you copped a hoodie, you'd get four freebies. I was stoked! I placed my order and eagerly awaited its arrival. But, alas, it took two whole weeks to get to me. And when it finally did, the hoodie was missing! I was bummed, but I reached out to customer service via email. They got back to me and said that the hoodie was being shipped separately for some reason. They told me to hit them up again if I hadn't received shipping info by May 9th. Well, today is the 11th and still nothing. I had to email them again and now they're saying there's a delay. They told me to reach back out if I don't get shipping confirmation by May 29th! I'm so let down. Our trip came and went and my man still hasn't gotten his full order. I wouldn't recommend this company unless you're cool with waiting weeks and weeks to get your order with zero communication.

Yo, what's up everyone? Just wanted to give y'all an update on my drama with The Marathon Clothing. So, I had ordered a dope maroon women's sweatshirt from them and it took forever to arrive. I mean, we're talking late January here. So, I hit up my bank to file a dispute and they said they would contact the company for me. Then, a few weeks later, I see on their Instagram that they're working on backorders and orders will be sent out soon. Finally, I get an email saying my order is being shipped.

But when I finally received my sweatshirt on February 4, 2023, I was even more pissed off. The sweatshirt was faded and looked nothing like what was displayed on the website. And don't even get me started on the MARATHON badging on the front. It looked like a cheap iron-on sign and the font was way too small. It reminded me of those sweatshirts my mom used to buy me on the Atlantic City boardwalk when I was a kid. I was so upset that I gave it to my niece.

I mean, seriously, I should have taken pictures to show y'all how bad it was. But trust me, it was not worth the money or the wait. I will never, ever buy anything from The Marathon Clothing Co. again. Don't waste your time or money, folks.
