The Lakeside Collection review: Lakeside customer service order # order ls393302

Yesterday Sept.9th 2025 placed an order with coupon OCTOBER31 to get 31% off of total Halloween order. Order total with discount was about $98.00 with free shipping as well. But, when i got the conformation I was charged $128.65 I called immediately, which was in less than 10 mins. & was told by a young man that was hard to understand that my order could not be changed & that I had used my coupon. He kept putting me on hold & every time he came back he kept saying my order had already been processed. Really?! in less than 10 mins? I told this person to cancel my order to which he said he couldn't do either. I've ordered from Lakeside several times in the last couple of years & this is a first for me. This is very poor customer service & I will be making sure to warn others. I'm sure treatment like this is the reason that Lakesides Corp. office doesn't give the option to get through to them, just customer service which is a constant ring of nothing
