Purchased 2 rings November and received Dec 5 attempted to return all I ever got was 2 text asking why I needed to return I spoke with someone over the phone who stated he would take care of it never received authorization needed I kept attempting until my time for return was up When ordered it clearly stated could be returned filed complaint with bb bureau no reply Beginning to doubt they are real diamonds but do not want to waste more money to find out so they just set in a box
Desired outcome: I realize the return time has expired through no fault of my own but would like a satisfactory explanation as to why my return request was not honored, I even have the name of the person who sent me my email if needed
