Continuous calls. This company calls me almost daily and never leaves a message as to what they are about or want. It's really annoying and frustrating. I mean, come on, if you're gonna call someone, at least have the decency to leave a message, right? I have no idea why they keep calling me, and it's starting to drive me crazy. I wish they would just stop bothering me.

I had a problem with The Hauge Group when they reported on my credit. They claimed that I owed them, but I don't have any account with them. I sent them two notices asking for proof or to remove it from my credit. They replied twice, saying they don't have any account, but it's still on my credit.

They need to stop calling me at work. This is for a procedure that I had done. They removed it. I know I owe the money, I am not disputing that. However, the company they are collecting for are a bunch of jerks and won't let me do a small plan. They need to stop calling me at work. I could lose my job.

I had a bad experience with The Hauge Group. They tried to make me pay a debt that doesn't belong to me. They even added interest to an account that was never associated with their company. This is a violation of my privacy, as they shared someone else's personal information with me. I clearly explained that the debt was not mine and that my account should be separate. Despite this, they still insisted that I pay. They also started charging interest without any prior agreement or discussion, whether written or spoken. I asked for documentation regarding my accounts, but they keep showing the debt under their name.

I went to *** for a semester. I gave my paperwork for a medical withdrawal ***. The college never told me about any charges. 2 years later, they told me the debt is in collections because I tried to go back. It wasn't a loan. The debt is not on my Transunion report anymore and I'm arguing with Equifax about it. I believe the debt is not valid *not mineand the company did wrong by adding interest to an already questionable account. I can't get my transcript to continue my education either.

I paid 5 accounts in full that were in collections. The Hauge Group told me they won't remove the accounts from my credit report for 13 years, which goes against fair reporting rules. I called and asked them to kindly delete the accounts as they are fully paid and all of them were for medical services. Unfortunately, Hauge hasn't been very responsive and helpful. Since these accounts are fully paid and 7 years old, I want them to be removed from my credit report. I hope they consider all the accounts and make the necessary corrections with all 3 credit bureaus.
