The Cheesecake Factory review: Dine-in experience / unethical behaviour

My family and I never do reviews but with our most recent and last experience at this location it was absolutely necessary. The experience we had on Saturday evening was absolutely maniacal, degrading and humiliating.

To preface this complaint, we've been going as a family to this location for almost 6 years and in addition my Wife always takes her clients here.

After paying, on our way out we stopped by the cheesecake bar to treat ourselves. My Wife left her mask at the dinner table since it was dirty from falling on the floor. As we were walking out we stopped by the cheesecake bar to look at the cakes to see if we wanted to purchase a couple before we left. As we were standing there, 3 ladies working there approached my wife at the same time and asked why she doesn't have a mask on. My wife felt attacked by 3 of them bombarding her with this question and intimidation and didn't understand why the 3 of them needed to come to her instead of only one. When she asked to only speak with 1 person all of them turned their backs to her and left while one of them said, "I will call the manager!" When the manager arrived my wife explained to him that her mask got dirty from falling on the floor and asked if they could provide her with one. He said he was going to give her one but simultaneously gave her a hard time asking why she didn't have a mask even though she explained this to him already. He kept demeaning her aloud in front of all the people there saying, "You should have your own mask, we're a year into this pandemic it's ridiculous!" While he was saying this other people we're giving my wife dirty looks and started cursing and saying vulgar and disrespectful things towards her in support of the manager's grouse, unprofessional and disingenuous display to publicly shame my wife. My Wife felt even more attacked and bullied by the entire staff when the entire time she kept trying to explain to them that the only mask she had got dirty from falling on the floor and asked them for one. As a result of this my wife was humiliated and degraded by the manager and his staff in front of all the other guests.
