Anyway, after waiting for what felt like forever, I finally decided to give them another call. This time, they actually picked up the phone. I explained my situation and they apologized for the mix-up. They said they would send someone over to give me an estimate as soon as possible.

A few days later, a guy from The Blind Guyz showed up at my doorstep. He seemed friendly enough and got right down to business. He measured my windows and gave me a quote on the spot. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and efficient he was.

I decided to go ahead with the installation and scheduled a date for them to come back. On the day of the installation, the team arrived on time and got to work right away. They were professional and worked diligently to get the job done.

The blinds were installed perfectly and looked great. I was really happy with the end result. The Blind Guyz did a fantastic job with the installation and I couldn't be more pleased.

Overall, despite the initial communication hiccup, I had a positive experience with The Blind Guyz. Their customer service could use some improvement, but their workmanship is top-notch. I would recommend them to others in need of blind installation services.

It shouldnt be this hard to get ppl to take ur money, to return phone calls or follow up on what they said they would be happy to repair, order or install. U have a lot to learn about how to treat ppl.
