Will never recommend Ordered building in August and in May they have not done what was talked about in contract
Will never recommend Ordered building in August and in May they have not done what was talked about in contract . They show up on property without calling . they fix wall multiple times. not to specifications that was Paid for, like Upgraded metal walls and framing and tried to Pass the thinner metal on install . Ask the installers they tell you one thing and the office tells you the opposite. they left screws and trash all over the property after two flat tires I started to pick them up and there was about 2 1/2 cups of screws. As of May they have my deposit will not get paid in full ,till 100% done will not use it till they are done.

I placed an order for additional siding to be delivered at same time they were to perform a warranty repair on a recently installed car port. I confirmed delivery multiple times with salesman and scheduler to ensure extra metal would be delivered on same truck. Delivery day was moved from Monday to Thursday so I called again just to confirm my metal would be on same truck and the answer was yes. Thursday came and contractor showed up at 7AM with material to correct warranty issue however did not have extra metal I ordered. Since I was promised to have metal on Thursday I scheduled Contractor for install. I had to send him away costing him money due to no work. I have called Steel Buildings and Structures multiple times trying to find out new delivery date. I was told a manager would call me back by two employees and to date have not heard from anyone. When I call I get passed from one person to another and no one can answer me on new date. Most of the time they can't even find my order. Work performed was outstanding, sales and service staff is unprofessional in the way they deal with their errors and answering questions. Simple question... when will my order be delivered and all I get is we are trying to reschedule.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
