Texas Roadhouse review: Service

We called before we left home to put our name on the list, they said that will be an hour to an hour and 10 minutes. I get there 3;50 so we had to wait for another 45 minutes before we were seated. there was 7 in our party 3 children. Do you know how it is to wait that long with children, that is the reason we did early check in and because they were supposed to be at an event at the expose center by 6:30.

Anyway, we set and set and set we made sure we had our order and drink order ready when they came to save time. Finally, the waister show up we gave our drink and food order it was around 4:30. They bring our drinks and rolls. We waited and waited another our hour went by we kept asking where the food was, they said its next then about 5:45 they go it will be another hour for the stake to be done. Well, they were going to be late to get to do what they wanted. So, we just tell them put our food to go or just charge us what we got. They did nothing to satisfied us. So, every one of us had to leave hungry and kids crying. This was the worse service I have ever had I have some bad service by them, but this had really been the worst. The Manger didn't offer to drop the bill or even give us a discount. The more I thought about it I was got madder and madder I got. I feel you should make up for the aggravation we had and the kids going hungry. Just think if this was your children. I think they need better cooks.
