Mail order
Clothing items are extremely small, but are marked as US sizes. Makeup items do not look right, phone and computer items are not sized correctly, beauty items do not work as described, and more. After several attempts to respond to this company regarding pkg return and phone contact information, I have received NO response. They have overcharged for these items and have charged my CC for 2 more pkgs. that have not been received! I have been trying to figure out how to stop this company from China from being able to do business in this country to no avail. Hopefully they can be stopped before everyone in the US gets taken.
Desired outcome: Return items at temu company cost without further ado..
Payment not received
I placed an order on May 2, 2023 and still haven't received it. I gave them my tracking number and phone numbers and they still say they can't find my order. They owe me $52.92 and another charge for $1.59. It said CHECKCARD 0502 Vigonts Hong Kong. I would suggest that you do not order from this company. My tracking # is 24259403122032247088040 they should be able to trace it from that. Sincerely, Brenda Scalzo
Desired outcome: Either my merchandise or a refund.

Damaged goods
I'm sure that you have elephants packing my orders. This is the 5th complaint I've filed about my orders.
My most recent order contains 11 hats. Out of the 11 hats, 6 were crushed during pack out. This is an ongoing problem and nothing seems to be happening to rectify the problem. It would be very. Ice if there were some quality control on the packing line.
Desired outcome: Credited account
Heartbreaking experience with temu: unresolved refund issue
Dear all,
I write to you today with a heavy heart, seeking justice and urging you to be cautious when dealing with TEMU. My recent encounter with this company has left me emotionally devastated and financially burdened, as their poor customer service and unscrupulous practices have taken a toll on my well-being. Allow me to share the full extent of my distressing experience, in the hope that it will prevent others from falling victim to TEMU's deceptive tactics.
On June 15, I placed two separate orders with TEMU, totaling approximately $290. One order, valued at around $190, consisted of six dresses that were meant to be worn at my rehearsal dinner, engagement party, and photoshoot. The other order amounted to $100. My intention was to have options for different events and capture precious memories. Little did I know that my trust in TEMU would be shattered.
When the first package arrived within a week, I eagerly opened it, only to find that it did not contain any of the dresses I had ordered. My heart sank, and I immediately reached out to TEMU's customer service through their chat feature. I inquired if the shipment had been divided into two parts, to which the representative replied that it had not. Devastated and overwhelmed, I requested a refund, as I had no other options for my upcoming event. Tears streamed down my face as I realized I would be left without anything to wear.
To my dismay, the next day, I received a notification stating that my refund had been canceled or denied. The blow was more than I could bear. I once again initiated a conversation with TEMU's customer service, but the lack of a phone support option forced me to recount my distressing experience through text, wasting precious time that I could have used to find an alternative solution. I pleaded with them to reconsider my refund request, hoping that someone would show compassion and understanding.
Finally, a ticket was created, promising the intervention of a supervisor who would address my issue. However, the process was riddled with delays and a complete lack of empathy. It took a staggering 16 hours for the ticket to be assigned to someone. This clearly demonstrates TEMU's disregard for the urgency and emotional distress caused by their actions. As my anxiety grew, I had to take time off work to cope with the heartbreaking situation they had thrust upon me.
When the supervisor finally took charge, I hoped for a swift resolution. However, instead of addressing the issue at hand, the supervisor requested an unnecessary investigation, further prolonging my agony. Days turned into sleepless nights as I anxiously waited for a resolution. It was then that the supervisor accused me of being dishonest and lacking integrity, telling me to be "honest" in their response. This gaslighting and baseless accusation only added insult to injury. I had already provided clear evidence of the empty box and expressed my genuine desperation.
To my utter dismay, after nearly 40 hours of waiting, the supervisor responded with a resounding denial of my refund request. They claimed that, according to their video footage, the dresses were shipped and therefore, they were absolved of any responsibility. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Was TEMU suggesting that they could wash their hands of the situation simply because they had shipped the product? This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, the refusal to acknowledge their liability, and the audacity to accuse me of dishonesty left me feeling humiliated, angry, and utterly defeated.
The toll this ordeal has taken on my emotional well-being cannot be understated. TEMU's callous treatment has caused me immense distress, leading to panic attacks and sleepless nights. Moreover, the impact on my personal life has been devastating. They have managed to ruin my engagement party, a momentous occasion that was meant to be filled with joy and celebration. Instead, I was left feeling foolish and insignificant, with no dress to wear.
The profound negative impact of TEMU's actions has forced me to reconsider important life decisions. I am currently contemplating postponing my wedding due to the emotional distress inflicted upon me by this ordeal. The accusation of dishonesty, the heartless customer service, and the tremendous toll this experience has taken on my mental and physical well-being have pushed me to the edge.
I refuse to be silenced. I will hold TEMU accountable for their deceitful practices and the havoc they have wrought upon my life. My determination to seek justice and prevent others from falling into their trap knows no bounds. I will not rest until I receive the resolution I deserve.
If you have experienced a similar ordeal with TEMU, I implore you to reach out to me. Together, we can put an end to this nonsense and ensure that no one else falls prey to their exploitative practices. TEMU must be held accountable for their actions and the emotional distress they inflict upon innocent customers.
Please share this post far and wide, so that no one else has to endure the pain and suffering that I have experienced. Let us stand united against TEMU's deception, gaslighting, and heartless customer service.
#TEMUDeception #Injustice #CustomerExperience #Accountability #SeekingJustice
Hi to all of you out there who have had ghastly experiences with Temu.
I did not knowingly order from them as I could see their prices were too good to be true.
(I thought I was ordering from Indian craftsmen - the products were not cheap but turned out to be from Temu anyway.)
Also China has an appalling human rights record and the cheap companies rely on slave labour.
They lock their workers in at night to prevent them committing suicide.
Please tell everyone you know to do the impossible and avoid buying Chinese products.
Pardon my English.
I am delighted with your review. Oh my gods, what a style ! It's a poem !
As for me, Temu fooled me. I sent a refund for 3 items but they only gave me a refund for one. They cynically stated that they only received one item.
I had to just stop buying there. This past week my order The whole order 7 items was delivered. Inside the parcel everything was soaked with hydraulic fluid. SEEMS one of the lift trucks that load the cargo carriers blew a Lift cylinder and punctured the TEMU wrapping and that stuff was hot and melted the plastic wrapping and soaked everything with fluid. I made a video, and took photos,,Posted everything on youtube, tictok and rumble. they refuse to refund me. The fluid worked as a acid and dissolved the material my wife's dress was made of. below is a photo.
How did they justify this refusal?
They didnt. And it smelled so bad of Gasoline that they refused to ship it back. I got FEDEX to draft a letter and they still refused it.
I had a similar issue this week. I am a semi-skilled mechanic. I am working on a chain saw and ordered a in-line gas filter right?. They send me a hand gun silencer. It was detained at customs. Well I sent them the letter I got at customs, and now we are in a legal battle. They will not refund me.. So I hired a Federal Attorney and I am suing them. As of Thursday they removed all their firearm silencers they have listed as fuel filters and are in deep hot water. What they do not know, Is that that is a Bozo-no no. And I have all the documents to back up my claim.
Felt fadora hats
YOUR PACKING PROCESS IS DISGUSTING!
You must have monkeys packing your merchandise. I continually order felt fadora hats, and with each order, more than half are not usable because they have been shoved into the shipping container without any regard as to the damage they are causing to the items ordered. You are cramming 12 to 14 hats in a box that was meant to hold no more than 7 hats comfortably. This means I have to apply for a credit for the damaged items, and reorder the damaged items hoping they will arrive in good condition with the replacement shipment. We'll, that's not always the case. Damaged items are continually received, and only by luck do I receive 15 % of my order that I can use. Thus continues to be very frustrating, when I am counting on receiving goods that I can use.
GET IT RIGHT PEOPLE!
Desired outcome: Better quality control on the packing line. I expect every hat to be usable that is in my order.
Frustrating experience with Temu: Delayed shipment and poor customer service
I had a really frustrating experience with Temu (temu.com) recently that I wanted to share with anyone who might be thinking of making a purchase from them. I ordered some holiday outfits 8.5 days ago and they still haven't even been shipped to me yet. According to the website, they were supposed to have been sent to USPS (the shipping company) within 2-5 days.
When I contacted their customer service through their chat feature, I was told that they would submit a ticket to look into the issue. But when I called in to follow up, they said that no ticket had been submitted after all. At this point, I was starting to get pretty worried that my package was lost or something.
When I asked the customer service representative on the phone to look into the issue, she said that she would have to submit another ticket to the department responsible for the shipping facility where my package was being held. I couldn't understand why this was necessary - why not just ship my package to me already? She couldn't give me any guarantee about when my package would actually be sent out.
To make matters worse, the shipping facility in question is located in a small town that has a USPS office right there. It's not like my package has to travel far to reach its destination. It just seems absurd that it's been sitting there for so many days without any action being taken.
When I objected to the delay and asked for some kind of explanation, the customer service rep just gave me the excuse that it's the holiday season and things are busy. But that doesn't really make sense - the package should have been on its way to me days ago, before things got really hectic.
Finally, when I expressed my frustration at the delayed shipment, they offered me a $5 store credit as compensation. But honestly, I have no desire to buy anything from them again after this experience. It's been a really disappointing and stressful process so far, and I'm not sure when (or if) I'll actually receive my package.
Disappointing Experience with Temu: Orders Stuck for Weeks with No Shipping Updates
Temu used to be a great place to order stuff at a good price. I was always happy with what I got, even if it took a little longer to arrive. I've ordered from them over 25 times and everything was fine until March. Now I have 6 orders that are just sitting there, not moving at all. The first one was placed on March 10 and my card was charged right away, but nothing has been shipped yet. It's March 27 now and all my orders are still just sitting there. That's not okay. They gave me a $5 credit for each order and asked if I wanted to cancel, but I just want my stuff since I already paid for it. There's a button to "urge shipping" but it didn't do anything. I tried live chat and they just said sorry, they're behind because of Easter and high demand. But it's been 17 days and my orders are still just sitting there. I'm losing faith in this company. When I finally get my stuff, I'll think twice before ordering from them again. I've talked to my friends and they feel the same way. If they don't get their act together soon, they're going to lose a lot of good customers.
Mixed experience with Temu.com: Clothing sizes off, toys smaller than expected, but received good car radio. Shipping and returns costly
As a customer of Temu (temu.com), I must say that my experience was quite mixed. While some of the clothing items that I ordered were of great quality and fit perfectly, others did not. Despite following their size guide, a few items were too small for my daughters, who are 2 and 8 months old. I found it odd that some of the reviews on the website claimed that these same items fit great, despite not being accurate in my case. Additionally, some of the toys that I picked out appeared to be larger in comparison to their pictures on the website. However, when I received them, they were significantly smaller than expected.
On the other hand, I did purchase a car radio from Temu which arrived in perfect condition. However, I did have to exchange it as I had bought the wrong size. The one thing that I found irritating was the time it took to receive my order and the fact that I would have to pay for shipping after the first return. While the items themselves were quite cheap, they were shipped from China, which made returning them more expensive than the item's cost.
All in all, Temu seems to be a bit of a gamble. While some customers may be extremely satisfied with their purchase, others like myself may not. As a result, I don't think I will be ordering from them again, as I don't have the time or the money to be wasting on this.
Temu App Review: False Promises and a Rigged Game
So, I came across Temu on my Moovit app and decided to give it a try. The ad promised three free products of my choice with free shipping, which sounded too good to be true. But I was curious, so I downloaded the Temu app and selected my three items. However, there was a catch. I had to play a Hat Trick Draw game to get all three items.
The first two items were easy to win, but I struggled with the last one. Every time I got close, I magically ran out of energy points. Temu suggested that I invite friends to gain more energy points, but I soon realized that the game was rigged. I spent two days inviting as many friends as I could, but it was all for nothing.
Finally, I won all three items, but my excitement was short-lived. Temu informed me that all three items were out of stock. I was disappointed and frustrated. I had wasted my time and effort for nothing. Temu didn't even offer me three other items that weren't out of stock. They just claimed that it wasn't available where I was.
I feel like I was scammed by Temu. I followed their instructions, but I didn't get my freebies. It's not fair that they wasted my time and sleep. I deserve an explanation for why they did this to me.
Temu Review: Dollar Store Quality, Inconsistent Sizing, and Constant Texts
I gotta say, I wasn't expecting much from Temu, but boy was I disappointed. I placed three orders and not a single one of them met my expectations. Let me tell you what I found out: the sizes are all over the place. I ordered a few shirts in size small and two of them fit just fine, but one was way too big and the other looked like it was made for a toddler. And don't even get me started on their "sweatshirt" - it's thinner than most of my regular shirts! As for the other items, they're all pretty much dollar store quality. If you're paying more than a dollar for something, you're getting ripped off. The only things that were halfway decent were the makeup items, but I haven't even used them yet.
One thing you should be prepared for when you order from Temu is the constant bombardment of texts. I appreciate order updates as much as the next person, but I was getting one or two additional texts a day offering me coupons and "free gifts" - it was a bit much. And to top it off, one of my orders arrived with an item missing. They offered me an immediate credit, which I thought was great, but then they asked me to submit pictures of my packaging and the items I received. I'm not sure how that proves that my item is missing, but I did it anyway. Then they told me that they needed the warehouse to approve my submission and that I'd have to wait several days for my "immediate credit". I mean, come on.
The only good thing I can say about Temu is that they do deliver when they say they will. But honestly, that's not saying much. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone - save your money and shop somewhere else.
TEMU Review: Low-Quality Cross Body Bag and Disappointing Experience
I recently made a purchase from TEMU, and unfortunately, it was not a great experience. I ordered a cross body bag in the pink and black leopard color, but when it arrived, it was clear that it was not suitable for a grown-up. The shoulder strap was too small, and the compartments were too tiny to fit even my cell phone. It was disappointing, to say the least.
My advice to anyone considering ordering from TEMU is to avoid their cross body bags altogether. Instead, I would recommend checking out AliExpress or Shein. I have ordered from both of these sites before, and I have had much better experiences. For example, when I ordered an outfit from Shein, I ordered a size up just to be safe, and it fit perfectly when it arrived. And when I ordered from AliExpress, I didn't have any issues with the items I received.
Unfortunately, TEMU seems to be sending out low-quality items that are not worth the money. I have two more items coming from them - a t-shirt and a pair of stretch leggings with lace on the side - and I'm hoping they will fit better than the cross body bag did. If they don't, I will be sure to take advantage of their refund/return policy.
Overall, I would caution anyone against ordering from TEMU. They seem to be in the business of scamming people, and it's not worth the risk. People work hard for their money, and it's not fair for a company like TEMU to take advantage of that. If you do decide to order from them, be sure to check their refund/return policy carefully, and don't hesitate to demand a refund if you're not satisfied with your purchase.
My order number is PO***182, and I would encourage anyone considering ordering from TEMU to look it up and see what they sent me. Hopefully, my experience will help others avoid the same disappointment.
Temu Review: Fake Everything, False Claims, and Poor Customer Service
This website is just full of fake everything. I mean, fake descriptions, fake reviews, false claims, fake customer service, false offers. They say they have 24/7 live chat customer service as well as 24/7 customer service by phone. But let me tell you, both of those are lies. If you go to the live chat, it's just a bot that offers you a ticket to fill out about your issue and says they're assigning you an agent, but nobody ever replies. I have three tickets in for over three weeks now with no response at all. And if you call, nobody ever answers. I have sat on hold waiting for an agent for over an hour six times now, and nobody ever answers.
All of their "offers" to earn gifts or credits are all fake, and none of them work unless you refer several new users who install and use the app. And don't even get me started on their clothing ads. They all say "true to size," but none of them are. You better order two sizes larger at least because all their measurements are wrong, and you can see through the fabric they're so thin. I was sent three glass items with zero padding, and they were all broken.
All their good reviews are fake with only stars given, and they are in broken English and barely understandable. And whenever there's a bad review, they put up like 20 fake 5-star reviews with no words after them. It's just ridiculous.
There are actually some decent deals and products on there, but if you're going to purchase any kind of clothing or electronics, be prepared for disappointment. They also say free easy returns, but only the first item out of an order is free to return. Any more than that, and you have to pay to return them, so they must have multiple item return requests regularly.
There are much better sites and apps to use if you're looking for cheap products from Asia or the Middle East with much higher quality products. There's a reason all their ratings are so high EXCEPT for their Better Business Bureau rating, which is only 2.1 stars out of 5. It's because the BBB is the only agency out there that you can't get away with fake users making fake reviews, which the Asians seem to be very good at.
So, use Temu at your own peril. You've been warned.
Extremely Poor Customer Service: My Frustrating Experience with Temu
My experience with Temu has been extremely frustrating. I ordered a package that was supposed to be delivered by Fed Ex, but unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong location. Fed Ex admitted fault and provided photographic evidence that the package was not dropped off at the correct location. I also have a documented case number from Fed Ex that proves I did not receive my package. Despite all of this, Temu refuses to move forward with lost package procedures with Fed Ex for my reimbursement. They keep sending me messages stating that they "won't reimburse the package because they have confirmation that it was delivered." However, the case number I provided to them proves that their original confirmation was not valid. Temu refuses to look further than the original confirmation and won't listen to me when I tell them that Fed Ex has confirmed that they will reimburse Temu for their fault in losing my package.
I've spent hours and hours on hold trying to talk to customer service and have never been able to get through the line. It takes weeks for Temu to respond to text inquiries, and when they do respond, they don't fix the problem before calling the case "resolved." Then you have to wait another week or so for another response. It's been weeks of me trying to resolve this, but as of now, I'm fully out the money for this order because Temu has extremely poor customer service.
This order was over $70, and I shouldn't have to eat that as a customer just because they don't want to look into it. I'm currently on hold for 2 hours as I write this, and it's incredibly frustrating. I've provided Temu with the tracking number for my package and Fed Ex's investigation confirmation number proving it was misdelivered and not received. Fed Ex can't do anything until Temu responds and reaches out to Fed Ex, but all Temu does is look at the first confirmation, which was proven to be invalid because it was not the correct drop off location.
In conclusion, I would not recommend Temu to anyone. Their customer service is extremely poor, and they don't seem to care about their customers or their packages. It's been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I hope that they can improve their service in the future.
Disappointed with Temu: Poor customer service and delayed delivery
I recently ordered from Temu (temu.com) after hearing about them from a YouTuber called the Cheap Chick who gave them glowing reviews. However, I have been disappointed with the service I have received. I made my order on November 16th and my estimated delivery date has now passed, but my package has not arrived. When I called customer service, they offered me a $5 credit for the delay, which I don't feel is good enough compensation for the inconvenience caused. I feel that they should be doing more for their customers, like offering a $25 credit when there is a mistake on their behalf.
I believe that Temu has potential, but they need to improve their communication with merchants and local postal services to ensure that orders are delivered on time. I am willing to offer them my feedback on how to improve their customer service, and I hope that they take me up on my offer to meet with them.
I understand that things can go wrong, but as a first-time customer, I feel let down by Temu. I don't want to be associated with companies like Wish and AliExpress, who also have a poor reputation for customer service, so I hope that Temu can turn things around and provide their customers with a better experience. I have patience, but I expect a company to take responsibility for their mistakes and make things right with their customers.
I have seen reviews from other customers who ordered their items in October and September and still haven't received them, so if my package doesn't arrive, I will close my account with them. I believe that if Temu wants to succeed, they need to listen to their customers and take their feedback seriously. It's not just about making sales, but also about building a loyal customer base who feel valued and appreciated.
TEMU Review: Good Prices and Delivery, Terrible Customer Service and Refund Policy
I've been using Temu for a while now and I gotta say, I really like it. The prices are nice and the delivery doesn't take too long. However, I did have an issue with my most recent order. I either received someone else's order or only a partial order, as two of the items I received were similar to what I ordered but the rest weren't. I tried to contact customer service about this issue multiple times, but the rep I kept getting (Jessica) accused me of lying and said that I received my package (which I didn't). She even suggested that I have packages sent somewhere safer, which didn't make any sense. It was clear that she didn't actually read any of my messages. It took her three whole days just to copy and paste a generic message to me. I just wanted my package, but now several of the items are sold out and they won't help me at all. It feels like they're scamming people now that they have more customers.
Update: I still haven't received my refund from TEMU or any actual help. I attached my order number to this review so they could look it up, but they just kept telling me to contact them. When I did, they continued to call me a liar and refused to refund or reship my items. They claimed that they "checked" with the warehouse and had proof that the correct items were sent out, but they couldn't provide any actual proof when I asked for it. I even contacted USPS about the package mixup because it was insured, but TEMU still refused to help. I asked them to open a claim on USPS since they were the shipper, but they refused again. It's ridiculous that they won't help at all, especially when the package was insured.

I left them out for a few days in the sun but still no lights were on at night.
Desired outcome: New ones that do work I ordered the same solar lights when I was in Florida and they worked well. Very pretty at night but the ones I ordered in Ct don’t work at all
Customer service
I notified temu that my package had to be rerouted due to a domestic situation I was fleeing, they told me to notify the shipper, it was too late and the shipper said to contact the seller. I had multiple conversations with customer support who kept telling me to contact the shipping company despite me informing them it was too late. I am not able to get a refund or change the address to my home address even after it was returned.
Desired outcome: I want it rerouted to my default address which is in the app as we speak in my profile
