Teladoc review: Activity logs

I use your virtual sitter platform at Jefferson/Einstein HealthCare network, Moss Magee Rehabilitation at 60 Township Line road Elkins Park, PA 19027. On August 1st I witnessed a fall. The doctor and 5 staff members lied about what happened to an African American woman who could not speak due to a stroke. I put in what happened under "report events" and hit submit before they put their false reports into our computer system. I have asked Teladoc for my activity logs from 8/1/25 around 10:30 pm camera 8, room 111-1, S. Snipe, and they keep making up excuses as to why they won't send them to me. The Department of Health is going to subpoena the logs since Teladoc is refusing to send them. The patient went home hurt and her family said she complained of pain. (user: txr247) Tawanna Rose
