Teladoc

I first found Teladoc.com through a sponsored Bing search result. I signed up for their service as I travel frequently and my doctor is only working part-time (he's half-retired) and he doesn't take calls outside of 3 days a week. The first two times I requested a consult from a Teladoc doctor it went fine. I had a sinus infection once and a minor leg injury the next time. After "time 3" within a 4 month period is when all heck broke loose. I was repremanded in a strongly worded legalease letter from Teladoc, Inc telling me that I wasn't seeing my primary doctor enough and that I was technically abusing their system by requesting consults too frequently. HUH? Less than once a month for what I paid them in annual dues + the money paid PER consult?
