I not happy with this company
I not happy with this company. I bought a cute t-shirt with the school mascot where I work. I asked for a big size shirt, but they sent me a small one. I told them and they sent me another small one. I told them again and they sent me a third small one. I told them again, but they said no more shirts for me. It's not my fault, they are so unorganized. They can't see my claim and send the right shirt. It's crazy. I asked so many times and never got the right shirt. It's not good.

I tried to file a complaint so that I could exchange the shirt or get my money back, but they refused. Since then, they have ignored my emails and there is no phone number to call them. Their rudeness has made me lose interest in the shirt altogether. I just want my money back!

But when I got the shirts, three of them were a different color than what was shown on the website. The print was off center on one shirt and another had a discoloration on the collar. The quality of the shirts was really bad and cheap. I tried to contact the company through email and PayPal but they didn't reply. Finally, I reached out to them through *** messenger and they gave me a link to file a complaint. I uploaded pictures and asked for a refund, but they said they would reprint the shirts instead. The reprint would arrive after the event date and they refused to give me a refund. There's no place to leave a review on their website to warn others about their bad quality shirts. I received a link to leave a review on May 19th, but it didn't work. They have been really hard to work with. Claim number CM-***.
