Took them a long time to do one tire mount and balance, like an hour and a half
Took them a long time to do one tire mount and balance, like an hour and a half. When I got home, I saw that they bent the rim and put too much tire sealant. The psi was only at 30 when it should have been at 80psi. I went back to confront them, but they denied bending the rim. They said they would have had to hit it with a hammer to bend it. They didn't own up to their mistake. They treated me badly just because an employee I know quit. This was not cool.

I went to Team Matthews Tire Center on June 27, 2022 to get my Alternator replaced. I paid a good amount of money for it. But, the Alternator failed after only 80 miles of driving in Wisconsin Rapids. They told me to go to the nearest store in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. I had to deal with this issue for a few days. I asked for a refund on the service and parts because the mechanic didn't hook it up correctly. Another shop told me that the mechanic forgot to put a nut back on securing a wire. This caused electricity to arc and fry the new Alternator. I tried to contact them through phone, email, website, and even their sister store in Plover. I even sent them certified letters, but they were returned to me unclaimed. They haven't responded to me at all.
