To who it may concern or to the Tcf Bank family and company this is James West of Chicago Illinois I have experienced one of the worst experience of my time With the bank on yesterday I made a we draw from my savings account and the machine cut off I understand things like that might happen but it was a Transaction and only thing I got from the people in the branch on the phone that we are working on it remind you I am unemployed it was my employment check that was deposited in my savings no I'm here in Chicago with no finance I
I live from check to check lost my job due to COVID-19 and all I can get from you guys as we are working on it and it's gonna take 5 or seven business days well I can't tell my bill collectors that this was one of the worst experience I have with this bank 15 years as a customer and that's the way I get treated wow I understand the world is changing The system need to be revise to help people who have issues like this and focus on problems if this is the kind of help that you get when you have issues well I think I'm in the wrong place thanks a lot.
