Thanthi TV is one of the prominent Tamil News channels in the country and is included in the package I have subscribed for with Tata Play. There is a Tata Play notification in my TV that this channel is being dropped with effect from the 20th May 2026.No explanations given.
This is high handedness of the highest order. Am I supposed to adapt my preferences to the whims and fancies of this aggregator?
Tata Play has to go as far as I am concerned. I propose to 'drop' it as soon as I find an alternative.

Desired outcome: I do not expect anything
