To all the TCS employees In the USA on work visa.

We have laws here that tata must go follow for ALL EMPLOYEES it does NOT MATTER if you are not a citizen.

They can’t not pay you

Keep your passports or withhold your tax returns.

It is illegal if they retaliate against you for disclosing a physical or mental disability like depression anxiety, cancer, heart problems ect please google EEOC guidelines for a full list of health reasons covered.

You all have keyloggers on your work computers and they record all audio calls on Microsoft teams. In some states this is ILLEGAL. In others they are required to tell you.

This is important and could save your job.

HR has a policy of speaking on the phone to avoid a paper trail they will lie and lie on the phone call then they will ruin your life.

To prevent this after each phone call send an email thanking them and detail what was discussed and how you appreciate them agreeing with you.

This ruins their little no paper trail attempt.

I’ve seen them fire people for pregnancy gender sexuality neurodivergence cancer .

Do not think of these people as your dream job they are money hungry and have no hearts
