Bill, was extremely helpful. I also found him to be very patient. At one point I was asked to submit a pin #. Bill waited patiently as it took me several minutes to see and record the correct pin #. He also cleared some other issues I was having. I found Bill to be a real asset to your customer service team. Rescue helped me transfer some pc iles to my samsung phone in just a few minutes. I used them previously to connect my wife's new Canon printer to her computer, They have helped me immensly over the past few weeks and having retired from my 32 year career as a Sustems Analyst I really appreciate the serivice they provide and give them my best recommedation I even recommended them to my best friend from Canada who is a professor at Brock University in Ontario to use their servies. I have been working with a number of members of the Sapphire Softech Solutions Group. All have been of the highest level of professional competency, they are calm. thorough experts and very timely and efficient in taking care of my IT needs. Today, I was especially pleased with Charles Brown in taking care of a particular PDF issue...he was thorough, competent calm and diagnosed and resolved the issue in very timely manner. I look forward to the Teams review of my other Laptop machines... the team is outstanding!

I previously rated 5 stars, UNTIL I found out that Sapphire Softech (Computeroids) is a SCAM. When I brought my laptop to a trusted professional who has been hired by the RCMP, he had already heard about Sapphire. Sapphire had loaded a lot of malware onto my laptop to prevent me from obtaining help from other companies. The professional had to clean all of the junk that Sapphire put into my system! He advised me to contact VISA's fraud unit immediately. VISA fraud unit told me to destroy my VISA card and they will send another. Sapphire is not a reputable company. I'm not sure that the site shown as ComplaintsBoard.com is valid. They took my money and will be disputed by VISA. It is possible that VISA may recommend a police investigation. Either way, there will be an investigation made by VISA.

This company deserves a zero. I contacted HP about getting a printer set up and was connected to this company for some reason. I didn't even know it wasn't HP until after about an hour of dealing with these people. I was told there were many problems on my computer, and they cleared them up...supposedly. All I knew that was even available to me was an ad blocker. I checked out reviews later, unfortunately. I called to cancel my $999.00 subscription and was told it wasn't possible as the license had already been activated. I told them to deactivate it. They said they could not. After threatening to sue, I was shuffled to 2 other people. The first said that it would cost $99 for work on their end and $399 for the license, which I never used. I had their link on my desktop for less than a week before deleting it. The following person told me that I signed the agreement, which says there is no refund once the license is activated. This turns out to be true. The only thing is that I was so rushed to sign, that I didn't take the time to read everything. Yes, this is my fault, but no reputable company works this way. This is nothing more than scammers from India (there's probably some hole in the wall office in California) taking people's money. The jerk on the other end of the phone even started to laugh. I know they'll read this. Karma happens. One day, you will answer to God.

I had a bad experience with Sapphire Softech Solutions, LLC. They charged me for services that were not performed. They asked me to agree to the paperwork before they even started, so any supporting documents are false. They are trying to settle this for much less, but they have multiple claims for the same problem. They are a scam company from a foreign country, and this is a total scam to a 74-year-old man. Necessary measures must be taken against them for scamming seniors!

I bought a package from Sapphire Softech Solutions to install my Canon printer on my computer. They charged me $299 for 2 years of support and services. But now, my computer keeps getting viruses all the time. I called them for help, but they want more money for a new program to fix the problem. I found many complaints about them being scammers who only want money. They have many complaints on the ComplaintsBoard.com website. Can you help me get my money back?

I tried to get help from Sapphire Softech Solutions, LLC on October 11. They gave me a link for tech support on my laptop, but it didn't work. I went to their website and tried to chat, but no one answered after waiting for 30 minutes. So, I called them, but when I pressed nine for support, it just kept looping back to the recording. Their name is kind of weird when you call them. I spent $1000 on tech support and virus software from them, but now I think they might have gone out of business. I need a refund, and I'm attaching some contracts with them below. One of them says that their service doesn't end until 2022.

I had a bad experience with Sapphire Softech Solutions, LLC. I contacted them to help me connect my printer to my PC. While I was explaining my issue, a pop-up box appeared on my computer with a live tech support. They took my information and showed me more pop-up screens to check or answer. Eventually, they took control of my computer and ran it for about 20 minutes. They had me print something, but it didn't work. They then told me I had a virus problem in my computer and offered to fix it for a fee of $99. I agreed, and they fixed it in ten minutes. They said the $99 covered the service and coverage for three months. However, I felt uneasy about the whole thing. Today, June 7, they took another $99 out of my account. I called Cannon and HP, and they said Sapphire was not connected to them in any way.
