Hi Team,

I have enrolled for course named- Become a motion graphics professional course for a fee of 23,600/= which was going to start on 18th October.

Till date it has not started and there has been no official communication from the team.

I have been following up since months for all these.

Initially had issue with the admission process and now after doing the payment the course has not even started.

I am really surprised to know that firms like TCS has no solution to anything and are also not responsible at all.

I would request you to please refund me the amount at the earliest.

JOSEPH REDDY BATHULA has joined TCS by attending interview online during lockdown time. He attended an interview through proxy and cleared it.

Currently he is working in "ADOBE EXPERIENCE MANAGER (AEM)" technology.

He continues his work in TCS by taking support to clear his work.

Previously he got placed in Capgemini through Backdoor. He paid heavy money(Bribe) to enter into Capgemini.

Later he changed one or two other companies and entered into TCS by attending interview through proxy.

He still takes support to complete his work every day. So please take action against him.

I resigned from the company last June of 2023. HR and Payroll department has sent me a notification that my final pay is available but when I checked it they have deducted the total amt of Php 26k for the pc that has been returned long time ago and i was ablento use wgile working onsite. Another deduction of Php 550.00 for badge and id which was also return and has been acknowledge by the admin dept. I disputed the deductions and after several conversation Payroll / HR staff emailed me that the refund for those deductions shld be available on the 1st week of September. And then Just yesterday they have emailed me afain that saying that the update for my final pat ( including the reversal of those deductions) will be available on the 3rd week of September 2023 onwards. Pls help me.with this matter as I don't know anymore how I will deal with our Payroll department for mento receive my final pay. Thank you and God Bless.

I have been given onboarding recently few days earlier to chennai siruseri campus and now all of a sudden i got a call saying that my onboarding has been terminated that too when my onboarding date is preety near and i have prepared everything to travel to my campus and its been cancelled at the last moment and this is not something that i expected from company like TCS and i am very disappointed that my onboarding has been delayed for a whole year and i got detained after giving a offer letter i believe that TCS will provide me the best solution possible. I'm mother of Riya Parab.She had appointment for her tatkal passport on 24th Aug.She was stopped from further process just because my surname after divorce had changes & her name on birth certificate had my marriage surname.I would want to ask that if India is democratic,then why are laws not updated when digital Era going on?Why can't a woman have freedom to keep her name, surname as desired & why has it to affect her daughter's passport?Why don't men have these problems?It Means no equal rights for women given.Also my surname was asked to change to my marriage surname on application for passport, why?Is legal divorce not justified?Also she got a 10 days delayed date of next appointment for just change of name,then what's the use of Tatkal?Are the services to trouble people or provide solutions?Also again charges have been applied,so is it money making business?Being a Tata Consultancy there should be more better provisions for people.

I got offer letter from TCS on 27th Jan 2023 and accepted. (offer valid 120 days)

My onboarding date was on 10th May 2023. As per the on boarding date I have served 90 days notice period and released on 3rd May 2023 from my current company. Now I am seating ideal as I didn't get onboard on scheduled date.

When I checked with HR, I didn't get any proper answer or any next onboarding date and they simply say onboarding will start on July month.

After long wait and taken continuous follow up I got a call from HR that My BGC is -ve as there is mismatch in the name if UAN(PF account) and Employer name.

Then I have checked with previous Employer and came to know that previously they have registered as proprietor company and later they have changed to Business name of company but in PF they deposit amount as old name only.

They also provided the GST and company registration details for clarification and same has been submitted to TCS HR.

But after more than 20 days gone also there is nothing any update.

Please consider this as high priority and check where is the communication gap and resolve the issue.

My super profile is alright and states the I did salary sacrifice.

I neve got one cent above the compulsort 10.5% base salary entitlment

I here urge to either intervenne ot direct to the appropriate area.

I assure you the the Australian Taxation Office is seriously investigating such behavour under fruad allegation.

I had recently attended an interview in TCS and cleared it as well. During background verification I have submitted all the required documents and everything has been verified. However, now HR is asking that my bank account which was used for my first job in [protected] needs to be active.

I have my salary account now so I have closed that account.

I have my experience letter, bank statements everything but still they want the account to be active that non IT experience one.

I am jobless please help me in getting resolve as this is very important for me.

I have joined 1st company on September 2018 and left that company on march 2019 without serving notice period. Now I have joined 2nd company on March 2019 worked till March 2023 with normal exit. I got offer in Tcs and joined their in March 2023.

While joining tcs I have not mentioned the 1st company experience and while filling BGC I have ignored that and added only 2nd company 4 years experience.

But due to this policy I was released from tcs in 3 days and now I am jobless can anyone help me

As per our discussion over the phone I am writing this mail.

Firstly I would like to introduce myself...

I am [edited] ,an Advocate of High Court Calcutta.

I like to highlight some matters shortly in front of you regarding one Bitan Adhikary (passport No. G6133728)and Soheni Roy both are currently residing at Tampa Florida.

Bitan Adhikary was an employee of Cognizant.He went to the USA in the year 2013 on a work permit visa.But in the year 2021 he left the job and joined Tata Consultancy Services at Tampa, Brandon as a Test Manager there.

He got engaged to Soheni Roy in the year 2017 in India. The following are the incidents showing how Soheni entered into the territory of India illegally from Bangladesh.And by giving false declarations to every Govt. Department of India procured all her Indian identity documents ..like Voter card,Pan card,birth certificate, property documents, Passport etc.And on the basis of those Indian documents and with the help and assistance of Bitan Adhikary she went to Visa Department and got a Visa of USA by showing those Indian documents which she obtained illegally and also by giving false declaration to Visa Department.

1.Soheni Roy is a Bangladeshi by birth (annexed her Bangladeshi birth certificate,Passport of Bangladesh)

2.Soheni Roys mother-Bharati Roy and father-Shanti Roy both are from Bangladesh.(Bangladeshi Documents of their parents are attached).

3.For some bad intentions she came to India illegally and by fraudulently she obtained her Indian Documents with the help and assistance of Bitan Adhikary.(Her Indian documents are attached).

4.Passport Department of India impounded her Indian passport bearing no. P6103962(on the basis of that Indian passport Soheni got her Visa of USA) by showing the reason that Soheni Roy already has her passport in Bangladesh and. She is a Bangladeshi.(order attached).

5. Police Department lodged an FIR against Soheni Roy and her mother by showing the reason that she cheated the Indian Government case registered vide Netaji Nagar Police Station Case Number 56 of 2023 u/s 120B/420/465/468/471 I.P.C 12(1A) a, Passport Act, 14(a)/14(c) Foreigners Act (State vs Soheni Roy and Anr).

From first to last Bitan Adhikary assisted Soheni Roy for committing such a crime.Bitan Adhikary is in a respectable position of an organisation like TCS and worked in a country like USA in a Work Visa. But Bitan Adhikary instead of protesting Soheni,he helped her for doing such a crime and helped her to cheat the USA Govt along with Indian Govt.I also heard that Bitan Adhikary applied for H4 and H4 EAD visa.. for Soheni Roy. Not only Soheni but Bitan Adhikary also committed crime by assisting and helping Soheni.Bitan knew everything from the first day but instead of stopping Soheni, Bitan Adhikary helped Soheni for committing the crime.

Another fact I like to mention is that when Bitan Adhikary was in Cognizant he took a loan from a Govt Bank of India by showing his Salary and work documents and Bibhu Adhikary was a co applicant there. But suddenly he stopped paying the EMI.Now Bibhu Adhikary paying his portion of EMI.If Bibhu Adhikary also stop paying Bitan's portion of EMI then Bitan became the defaulter.Soon a money suit will be filed against Bitan Adhikary where TCS will also be a party because I heard that Bitan Adhikary also took loan in USA.

It isBitan Adhikary's nature to cheat everyone.Either by fabricating documents or by not paying the loan.

I hope I can sum up the entire process of their fraudulent activities.

If you need anything I am glad to help you.

But my request is to punish them for giving false declarations to the US Department and staying there day after day.

Previously I was working with cognizant. And I accepted the offer from TCS, Indore and my joining date is 17th April and my LWD with cognizant on 31st April. I tried to coordinate multiple times with the team but didn't get the proper response and on the date of joining they called me and told me that your BGC is negative. No status and no prior information is provided to me. I asked the team why my BGC is negative they told me that you have not informed us of the company which you have worked. I told them it was 4rth month of experience which is not relevant to my profile so due to which I have not showed to them I do the experience and releiving letter as well. And I have also mailed this to the team before 1 month when I received the BGC call. Now they are not onbaording me and due to which I am stuck in mid and jobless to because of the team. Now, I have left my previous job as well because no information provided to me nor has any of the statuses is been updated in the TCS ibegin portal. This is the prestige and values you propagate is this a Tata Group company that everyone preaches, with all respect I am a sole bread earner in my family. But didn't expect that at the end the things will happen like this.

I had got offer from Tcs for angular developer. I had my joining on 13th March 2023 which was rescheduled to 22nd March. On 22nd march it was rescheduled to 3rd april by HR but after 2 days the HR called and said that there is one company which i have worked for 2 month have not provided the details and next day only i have provided all the details for that company as well but now HR saying that they will not be onboarding because i have not mentioned about the 2 months experience.

I did have forgot to mention because it was a non-IT experience and was only 2 months contractual role.

I received an offer from TCS and after that the situation which I faced with TCS is totally disappointing.

The BGC team asked me to provide the written confirmation on the unavailability of bank statements from my first organization and provided them the same on 16th Jan 2023 and they replied with the comment as 'thanks for an update'.

After that no one connected with me for the same and gave me the joining date as March 6th which was confirmed multiple times by different persons from TCS. On top of that I resigned from my current organization and even I rejected 3-4 offers from others because I was happy as it was a dream come true for me to become a Tata employee.

And at the time of joining after taking multiple follow ups to confirm my joining they are saying we can't onboard you which is not expected from such a big organization.

Now my question is that -

Who is responsible for my mental and financial loss?

My recent organization was asking me to revert my resignation but I rejected their offer cause I was thinking of joining TCS and I lost my job.

My last working day was 27th Feb 2023, now I am jobless.

I have been working with TCS for 12 years I have put down my papers in TCS officially, and served the notice, later I got email confirmation of last working day as 20 Jan 2023. I was given clearance with no dues and I have submitted my I card and laptop as per TCS policy after receiving an email confirmation to surrender the office property on 24 Jan2023, Now my TCS email and icard access is removed and my account is deleted permanently. On 8 Feb 2023 I receive email from TCS HR on my personal registered Gmail stating that I have to serve the 90 days notice. Not sure why, I tried to do multiple calls to my TL, Manager, HR but no one is responding and they want me to serve notice for 90 days. Plz help as I have most of emails as resignation proof and HR is Harassing me again and again by sending email stating to return to office. Also I have already mentioned with TCS as I will be joining another office, which they are aware of.

I got a call from TCS HR on 20th dec 2022 that I have been selected for Nagpur location and this package can be offered. This all discussion took place on teams and I requested HR to increase package. She said to wait and will get back with approval. It’s 1 week I have called three HR of TCS , send them emails and also to the manager no response. They are playing with careers of the people. Totally disappointed

Myself Sailendra Saha working in TCS with Emp id 2282040. I did not receive my salary from TCS for Sept, Oct and Nov 2022 and i have doubt that i will not receive my salary for Dec 2022 as well. I reached out everyone in TCS via email but did not get positive response. They have made me inactive. I was on medical leave from 5th Sept 2022 to 29 Sept 2022 and reported back to office on 30 Sept and since then working.

I am financially not well living with my family in Delhi on rent not able to bear expenses.

Please help me to claim my salary from TCS.

Consultancy taken 2 lakhs amount for placement and Consultancy person told we need to pay HR and TCS internal team for the placement.

Just by paying the amount TCS can offer the job its become like government job. Please find the attached screen shot for your reference.

I just wanted to report about fake experience certificates submitted by Pratima Komatreddy (Actually Known as Pratima Mullapati) who joined TCS Hyderabad on 04.07.2022. She has submitted fake experience certificates for EFKON and Tulip. She was working with Name Pratima Mullapati wherein she has submitted Experience Certificate from Efkon as Pratima Komatreddy. When I have objected her for this then she filed Fake rape case against me. She has yet to return 1 No. Laptop which she has taken for her kids study from EFKON. I am her ex boss in EFKON and I lost my job because of her fake rape case. YI have all the documentary evidence available which can be produced whenever required. I have reported this matter to Abhi Ruperee, HR who is Pratima hiring HR on 10.08.2022 and Pratima filed false rape case on 12.08.2022. All the evidence are there which can be shared with you if you need. Thank you Sir.
