Great customer service, I used the instant chat and was connected with someone immediately. A product i really wanted became in stock and i had recently purchased seprate parts for the same build, my agent was able to cancel my recent order and use store credit towards what i really wanted and they also gave me a discount code! Which was a plus. Really great service all around i will definitely shop here again.

I chatted regarding issues I was having with my new Aero Precision AR-10 build, specifically gas pressure and brass ejection. Davin from Aero worked through the issue with me, for the moment helped sort out the situation. Aero sent me a new Gas block to try. I will be reporting back to Aero my findings after shooting at the range. By the way, I did not purchase a gas block from Aero, I purchased from another vendor.

Customer service is always very pleasant and easy to deal with. Had an issue ordering a part and rep Andrew was very helpful and customer oriented. I was amazed as most places gun reps dont care about you or your issue. Andrew fixed my problem in no time. I also love the QPQ nitride barrels. Shoot well and look great. Most companies use cheaper forms of Nitriding. If your looking for a precision rifle with great fit and finish look no further.

I have always had great customer support from Aero Precision and their products are on par with the best out there and usually more cost effective. I am not a boutique gun buyer and appreciate the Mil-Spec compatibility their upper and lower receivers offer as well as innovations like the nylon tipped fit adjustment screw and the set screw installation of various parts vice roll pins. I have never had a material defect or failure from AP but believe they would correct it if I did. I will continue to use their products and recommend them to my friends and coworkers in law enforcement.

They have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, they sent me the wrong part a month ago and I'm still trying to get the right part or a refund. After checking the online reviews I should have never purchased anything from this company (best on line rating I could find for this company is 2.8 rating). If you write a bad review on a part you bought from them on their website it never gets posted. I would not recommend this company to friends and family. And for the five stars rating below you just got lucky with customer service or your payed to give five star reviews!

Definitely agree with some other commenters. Customer service was total sh-t. Spoke with "Matt" about a Complete Lower that I had ordered - when I received the lowered there was obvious wear on the buffer tube - was honestly surprised by the lack of quality in the finish. Supplied photos to the Customer Service Rep and was basically told I was sh-t out of luck and that stuff happens with assembly. Having ordered previously from them and not having any issues I was totally shocked and disappointed by the reaction from the Customer Service Rep of an American Company and will more than likely not continue my relationship with Aero.

Absolutely hands love this company! This company is full of awesome people and products! The comments where people are complaining about customer service clearly fail to realize just exactly where this company is located. Take a look at the date of these senseless comments as well. They're mostly during Covid-19. This business took a major hit due to the complete lack of governing and local governments. Thy were swamped with orders and have been working overtime to keep manufacturing and fulfilling orders. If you're an @ss, that's not going to get you anywhere with anyone. I will continue to push for people to purchase from Aero Percision.

Aero Precision's customer support, and even potential customer support, are excellent. The person that I chatted with went out of their way to give me a lot of detailed responses to questions that certainly exceeded any scripted answers. My project could not use one of their products without irreversable modification. Despite this I was directed to third party resources to help me find a solution that worked. As a DIY builder I appreciate the outside of the box thinking, and the flexability to support customers with alternative solutions. Apart from the customer support I'm fully satisfied with the quality of their hardware, packaging and quick shipping times.

I would have to say that Aero Precision has a customer service department that is top notch. I bought a barrel that had a very slight aesthetic flaw which would have in no way affected the functionality of the barrel but was in an obvious location not covered by my chosen forearm. I called customer service and explain my situation. The rep was very friendly and helpful. I sent some detailed photos and I was quickly given a return authorization. I received my replacement barrel within one week. Very impressive! My rifle build turned out excellent. I liked the barrel quality so well that I built a complete Aero Precision M5 308 rifle. The upper and lower fit so tight that you would think it was a matched set. Excellent shooting rifle and extremely accurate. I highly recommend Aero Precision rifle parts to anyone building an AR style rifle.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I placed an order, and they were quick to charge my account, and that's where it ended. I waited a month after my confirmation email with no sign of shipment. I emailed complaining about not receiving my order, they then responded 4 days later apologizing for the delay, stating "I do apologize for the delay, I am working on having your order shipped today. Your shipping has also been upgraded to *** Overnight" I waited another 4 days because apparently I don't understand what "overnight" meant. I then emailed them back after those 4 days and now 5 days from that email I have not heard a response, I have now emailed them back today stating it has been 42 days since I placed my order and no response. I will never do business with this company again. And I would suggest to save yourself the headache

Aero flagged our order as fraudulent.They called and left a voice mail message without indicating the order number.When we returned the call, they didn't ask for the order number. But told us the information we were supplying didn't match the information that they had on the order.'***', their fraud officer was incredibly disrespectful and contemptuous. We asked him to verify the order number. He stated we had the incorrect order number. We insisted he check our order number which he did and then told us he now had the correct order number. He verified our info and said the order would ship and then hung up on us. A week went by. The order hasn't ship. We called today and were told our order was still on hold due to a 'fraud' flag. We were required to 'verify' all of our information again. No apologies. I requested to speak to someone in management but was told no one was available and instead I should send an email.The male customer service agent then hung up on us again.We'll avoid Aero Precision now.

It is extremely rare that I leave comments on any product. When researching a potential purchase, I do read the comments left by customers. After weeding through the comments of customers who didn't like the packaging, received late after the company sent it out on time, crushed boxes when package received or simply ordered the wrong item then blaming the company, it is hard to find true comments pertaining to the actual product. Aero Precision has not given me or any other customer a reason to complain about anything! As a retired military member, our weapons undergo substantial use in all types of extreme environments and must perform when required...period. Using under some of the same environmental conditions, all of my Aero Precision products has performed flawlessly and continues to perform flawlessly. Since Aero Precision's was created to manufacture Aircraft components, the same exact manufacturing process goes into every weapon part that they make and sell. Their manufacturing/finishing process is soo exact that I normally purchase their "blemished" products to save money. Once received, I must use 3x magnifying loops to locate the blemish! I currently use 33 different components manufactured by Aero Precision and have only contacted their customer service department once. Aero Precision Customer Service department made it right without any hesitation. I have done more than my fair share of handling weapons and in my opinion, of the folks who manufacture weapon parts, Aero Precision does it the best. The fit, finish, and most importantly function of all their products for me has been flawless, all the time...period! For the folks who get all bent out of shape for receiving a dented outer shipping box, get over it, "its a gun part!
