Take 5 Oil Change review: Mileage

I got an oil change on my GMC Denali on 02/11/2026 at Take 5 Oil Change in Monroe, LA. My mileage should have been recorded at around 34,901, but instead it was entered as 349,010. When I went to trade it in, the issue came up on Carfax with a mileage flag, and now I can’t do anything with the truck until I go to the state police office and DMV to get it cleared. I went back to their location, but they said there’s nothing they can do and didn’t even offer to comp me an oil change for the hassle. I know it was an honest mistake, but it’s going to be pretty frustrating for me to get this fixed with Carfax.
