Signed a contract on Wednesday, roof was completed beautifully and quickly the next day. The owner was very professional, so was the roofing crew. It sure was loud but can't really avoid that. I will definitely use Hawk Roofing in the future.

Their rep helped us through the whole ordeal. Beginning to end. He handled the claim with the utmost professionalism and efficiency, and due to Hail/Wind damage, they came out, in ONE day, completely removed the old roof and replaced it with a brand new one. They cleaned everything up afterward, demonstrating their commitment to being thorough and professional.

Hawk Roofing was a very big help with me; they made getting a new roof easy and fast. They helped me out with the problems I was having with my insurance, and once the insurance was taken care of, they came almost the next day and started and finished within the same day. I am recommending them to my neighbors.

I discovered a roof leak late last week and called Hawk Roofing the next day. He was out a day or two later to inspect and provide a very reasonable estimate, saying we did not need a new roof! Yay! His crew was out a few days later for maintenance and found and patched the source of the leak. Hawk Roofing called me while the crew was still working, with an additional patching add-on (again, very reasonable) - Yes! The day after completion, we got a 4-5 snow that is now rapidly melting but no further leaks. We could not be more pleased, and highly recommend.

Hawk Roofing and his team did an excellent job for us! It was a complicated roof, and there were 7 skylights that had to be replaced as well. It was a big job, and we interviewed several roofing contractors before we went with Hawk. The job was done extremely well, quickly and professionally. The whole team was courteous and careful. The follow up was fantastic as well, and the attention to detail was great. I have replaced three roofs now, two in [insert location] and one in [insert location], and the experience we had with Hawk and his team was the best by far! I can recommend Hawk and his whole team without reservation.

Helped us call in an insurance claim, met with the adjuster and send them pictures of the damages, walked the roof and pointed everything out. We had been denied once before when we called in a claim ourselves and Hawk Roofing actually got the insurance company to pay for the roof. Once the check came in, they scheduled the job for the next day and were done and cleaned up by the end of the day, they did come back for a few touch up things there next day but they built of the work was done day one. Beautiful job, love the new shingle color. Will definitely use Hawk Roofing in the future. They are extremely professional, and very fair in working with insurance and my needs as a customer who did not have money to get a new roof. Thanks Hawk Roofing and the team!

I have used Hawk Roofing for two different house roof replacements. They did an excellent job and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. In both cases, the team at Hawk Roofing worked with our insurance company to make sure we received the coverage that was provided. After asking friends and looking through reviews, I contacted Hawk Roofing to look at my roof. John, the owner, walked me through the process, took over dealing with the insurance company, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Installation went well, the crew was attentive and courteous, to my wife and me. I appreciate the job that was done at my house. It's sad to see other roofers leaving reviews to make others look bad. I KNOW THIS COMPANY IS HONEST AND HARD WORKING, WILLING TO MAKE THINGS HAPPEN.

Hawk Roofing was referred to me as a company of first choice. Last week, due to an extremely unusual "micro burst" of wind, up to forty of my Spanish tiles were lifted out of alignment and/or broken. Neighbors on both sides of my home were also affected. My first contact was with owner [Owner's Name], who promptly returned my initial call to inquire about his firm executing the repairs/replacements of disaffected tiles, not to mention other aspects such and pipes and complex joint transitions. [Owner's Name] took dozens of photos from rooftop and, on the next day, provided me with a favorable estimate. He sent his team to effect the repairs a few days later, and I was amazed by their attention to detail and workmanship and follow-up photos within the same day. All three gentlemen were very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you again, [Owner's Name], and to your team at Hawk Roofing, LLC.

Justin was a great help with our insurance claim that can be very intimidating. Justin took over the call and we had a roof within a few days. From start to finish a total of five hours it was completed. The roofers were clean and respectable. Thank you Justin E.

They were very professional - on time, organized, did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. They worked with me and the insurance company to get coverage.It was raining and the roof had a leak during their initial inspection. They quickly came back and did a patch to stop the leak before scheduling the main job.

Poor project management and communication througout the 2 month process, which was to be a 2 day project. No inspection to verify the job after the work until I pointed out incomplete work to roof. Lots of damage to carpet, furniture, applicances, bedding, coats, flooring with tar, glue and debris that came through the ceiling throughout the house. Nominal repairs done with a placating smile and minimal cleaning 4 days later that did not touch multiple tar marks, Did reupholster ruined couch set only after I found out owner attempting to do minimal work on it, which was against our agreement. Did not get further repairs due to the use of the same nonskilled unprofessional work team and did not get equivalent discount for the repairs by proper professionals I would steer clear of this roofing company.

Terrible experience with Hawk Roofing. When trying to get them to quote our roof and a small extension over a patio with replacement flashing, they ignored our requests to quote the extension and flashing entirely. They did a poor job on the flashing, dented, disjointed and crooked, and have been completely unresponsive to requests to have it fixed. During the roof repair, they damaged the HVAC system and were difficult when asked to make it right. They sent out a professional to inspect who was completely unprofessional and attempted to blame the issue on maintenance when a twenty something year old tech we had to arrange on our own was able to diagnose within 2 minutes of arrival. It ended up being a nail sized hole in the refrigerant line. We went without air conditioning for 3 nights in the middle of July in [location] with a toddler because of their mistake. They eventually reduced the amount we had to pay by the amount we had to pay to get the HVAC line fixed and a hotel night we had to incur after it being too hot to remain in the house another night without any climate control. Between this, trampled landscaping and a sub par job cleaning up, I would not recommend using this contractor.
