Dear Tag Heuer,

Regret to inform that I am quite disappointed with your services as this is the first time I have encountered Tag Heuer service center being so desperate for money and dollars.

Your services representative has informed me during my conversation with her moment ago that I am not able to replace only the Dial and that, I MUST proceed with complete service. She, also emphasized repeatedly that my watch's crown is spoilt with water entering in causing moisture which finally affected the function of my watch.

Although I have informed your end that my watch had underwent complete service and the watch's crown has actually been replaced during my last service, your end seemed could not be bothered to my complaint. My main question is that, when the crown needed to be replaced again this time, it obviously indicates that the previous crown provided by your end is not fit for purpose and of LOW QUALITY.

On top of that, your end has annoyingly conveyed that my watch is in bad shape and condition despite the complete service done previously. I have also repeatedly informed that I seldom wear my watch as I am wearing smart watch now as my daily watch and my nature of work is more to office work rather than doing tough outdoor jobs.

I am very particular about my watch and I have taken a good care of it for sure. If this is the level of services given right now by Tag Heuer and if this is the quality of spare parts provided to its customers, I can be rest assured that people will prone to consider other brands given the fact that people invest expensive watch to save on the maintenance cost, not for their money to be ripped off.

Anyways, in that case, please pull out the battery as I would like to just place the watch in my safe-keeping and to avoid any damages to the watch caused by the battery.

PLEASE return my watch as soon as possible without any charges.
