Taco Bell

I purchased a steak power bowl but when I went to open it it was chicken not steak. I called the night manager and he said bring it back he would refund my money . I explained I was on way out of town he said keep receipt. So when I returned it I went through drive thru but manager told me she doesn't do refunds in the drive thru. She was very rude
So I parked my car carried the food back in and she asked who I talked to. I told her I did not ask his name. She refunded me only the salad price even though I had returned the entire meal drink and all. When I asked about it she refused to refund the tax and soda Amount. Even though this is the closest Taco Bell to my home I will never again go here. This manager was beyond rude. Her name was Ashley.
