I Have a M-NET terrestrial service and my service went down on Monday evening 30/08/2016 .The Multichoice decoder shows E0 which apparently means no subscription service or that the decoder is not registered .When I phoned the help desk they tried sending reset commands several times but nothing happened they gave me a Reference number SD 3529154 . on Tuesday it was still E0 when I phoned the help desk again I asked them to see what the decoder number is that is on the system and it was not the decoder number that has been connected for the past 2 years, I asked them how it can just change by itself because the number they had was for my old decoder but they had no explanation and I was told that my fault will be escalated to somewhere and I was given another reference number SD 3538865 .On Wednesday morning I phoned again after they said that someone will phone me but till now no one has, they said the fault is escalated and there were nothing they can do and that I should try and go in to the technical department to have the decoder tested which I did, when I got there they said that it is a tower issue and not the decoder and that they also cannot help me . And this is the thing that really bothers me, and that I want answers on, they told me that M-NET Multichoice does this on purpose because the terrestrial service is phasing out and is no longer going to be supported, to force people to go over to the Sat service and DSTV .

I have been a M-NET subscriber for almost 30 years now, and pay my subscription every single month I have been loyal to the channel and is really disappointed, do you really think that this is the type of service we deserve ?.. I was informed via email 2016/02/03 about GO TV but not what the cut-off date will be nor what needs to happen or what I need to do .
May I please have an official answer or explanation from you of what you plan to do regarding this or if my service is every going to be restored because I have no intension of going over to DSTV and paying R800 a month just to have MNET and Sport and for something I do not have a choice over or to keep on paying for no service .?

M-Net reception on GoTV is limited to the larger municiple areas only, e, g. No reception in Scottburgh, KZN as stated by DSTV agent Braam's TV
No more anolouge signal to weak in caravan park.
GoTV therefore of no use
