An item appeared on my MasterCard statement - transaction August 14th 2016, for the amount of $149.99
I immediately contacted MC and they said the only information they had about this item was that it was a Computer Software Store. The item is referenced on the statement in the following way:
Google *chenweiming g.co/payhelp#NS
There are 2 smaller items listed from this company on the same day, but much smaller amounts. They were authorized for my grandson. This $149.99 was not. I would appreciate knowing what this item is. I did not authorize it, whatever it is, and would appreciate my credit card being credited as soon as possible.

I also have this fraudulent charge from Computer Software Store on my card for $178.87 this is a fraudulent charge as I have no dealing whatsoever with this company. How do I get my refund.

I was charged $315.00 dollars, I don't want to panic but I can't seem to remember what or why I would have bought anything from a computer software store., my worry is that somehow I may be in the wrong. What is a person supposed to do?
I also was charged $149.99 on my cc! well, I will catch the person(s) who did this. I turned this over to the police and FTC. Computer software stores should look at the cc before they ring up the sale. Maybe we should take action against the company!
I have noticed a recent charge on 1/1/2019 for a possible purchase that I did not order nor do I know what this is.Please remove this charge as it is unauthorized
