Symmetry Financial Group review: Very bad life insurance co. - symmetry life insurance ( 1 comment)

Symmetry Insurance Co. attached me to a company called The Reed Agency and it's been a complete disaster from the very beginning. The owner of The Reed Agency spends more time on vacation than anyone I know. She's a joke and doesn't have a good working relationship with her people. After writing a record amount of business for the month they decided to abruptly let me go, with no reasoning. It all happened around 8:23pm PST and I received an email saying I was terminated with no other explanation, and I was locked out of the system. I immediately called the agency owner and my point of contact person to find out what was going on, and both would not accept my calls. A few days later I tried again and still no call back. After I was terminated 85% of my clients canceled their policies with their insurance carriers because they only trust me with their life insurance needs. After 2 months past I finally receive an email from the owner of the The Reed Agency saying I owe 2 insurance carriers' money for cancelled policies. I replied back saying I haven't heard word one from you in 2 months on why I was terminated and you finally contact me back saying I owe the insurance carriers money? Her response was to threaten to report me to the California Department of Insurance if I don't pay. I responded back I did nothing wrong and you guys terminate me and lock me out of the system for no reason. She said the payments for the policies were coming from your bank account. I said yes, that's not illegal or a violation of any insurance law and I did it to help out my clients, who are mostly illegal citizens and don't possess a bank account and are generally paid in cash. I said I elected to use my account as the account to draft the payments from, that's not against the law. I confirmed that with the insurance carriers before I started writing policies and the insurance carriers didn't have a problem with it either. The Reed Agency owner didn't have a response to that. I said the carriers didn't have a problem with it, and you guys didn't have a problem with it in the beginning when you were getting paid. So why now? Still, she didn't have an answer. I said I think you guys have a problem because after you terminated me for no reason all my clients decided to cancel their policies, which means you guys have to give back your commissions too. The point of this story is The Reed Agency owner doesn't care about anyone but herself. This woman is in it for the quick buck. She hates illegals and is looking to take advantage of the people working under her. My suggestion is to stay far away from Symmetry Insurance, The Reed Agency, and any Agency attached with them. If they did this to me God only knows what kind of payout your family is going to receive once you pass away. My guess is nothing!
