Traveled from Mumbai to Zurich airport by a Swiss airline LX155. After landing at airport I found that my luggage bag is severely damaged and one rolling wheel is missing.
The luggage bag was in perfectly good condition before check-in and boarding pass procedure. Found it damaged when picked up from luggage belt no 25 at Zurich airport

    All complaints regarding the damage of the checked baggage have to be submitted not later than 7 days following the flight to the air carrier or to their agent.
    The passenger is advised to keep :-
    - e-ticket orPNR
    - bag tag
    - copy of his or her identification document
    within 1 year.

    All disputes, arisen from damage of bagage during the flight, can be filed in the firtst instance court
    not later than 1 year, following the 1st complaint or negative reply of the responder.
