Good morning, My wife and I decided to start purchasing gold and silver due to the times we live in and were advised on *** from a podcast with ***. We decided to call him and asked numerous questions and he was extremely knowledgable and understanding. Very professional and kind. We decided to make a purchase with *** of gold and silver. The process was very easy to understand and he explained every step of the process in detail. We are still using *** to this day and we will continue to use *** and Swiss America.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Jim C. I purchased gold coins from SATC in 2008 and again in 2010. Recently I called to ask the approximate price of the coins in order to determine if sale was advantageous in my case. Jim went more than the extra mile to bring me up to date. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and understanding in my niavete' in these matters. I am confident, now, of the decision I will make and it is because of him. He is a great representative of the SATC family and truly treats the clients with respect and consideration.

My Father has been doing business with Tom for many years and trusts him completely. When it came time to start investing, He was the first one I called. He took the time to answer all of my novice questions very patiently and made it easy to understand. I had been interested in buying silver for a while but didn't know much about it. I had ordered the Swiss America information packet and read through it but still had some questions. I called and was directed to Jim C who was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. After several conversations over a few months I felt very confident I was dealing with an honorable person. He gave me some very prudent advise about what product to buy and as a result I purchased my first ever order of Walking Liberty Silver Dollars. I was extremely satisfied and have referred Jim and Swiss America to friend.

I called Swiss America and spoke to Wes Peters. Although I understand the intrinsic value of precious metals, Wes was able to educate me about numismatic coins which has always been a little bit of a hobby for me but nothing serious. I really appreciate his knowledgeable input and I believe that I have made some wise choices as Wes has guided me through the purchasing process. I bought some gold coins twenty years ago from Swiss America simply because they advertised on a streaming site for stock trading I listened to. I had no idea whether they would still be in business or would honor their assurance that they'd buy the coins back at market value, at any time. I'm very pleased to say that twenty years later I have sold my coins back to them at a higher price than any other buyer I checked, without assessing any commission or fees. The way I was treated by the account executive handling my account was excellent. They have earned my full confidence and I would not hesitate to buy from them in the future if I want to invest in coins again.

I first became aware of Swiss America by listening to Michael F on the radio. I had been a fan of his for several years and came to trust his opinions. I called Swiss America as I was concerned about the high level of the stock market. When I first became involved in the stock market about 50 years ago, the attitude then was to think of a stock price as no more than about 6 times the earnings per share. with the stocks currently selling at 25 to 30 times, it just seemed to me they were way overpriced. I talked to Jim C at Swiss America and we have had many transactions since then with good success. i would recommend them to anyone looking to put some of their portfolio into gold or silver.

Swiss America reverences your time, condition or situation to assure you, without pressure as a seeker, you can achieve while being assured of your own "peace of mind". Personally I have dealt with six personnel and all of them displayed a caring, knowledgeable and personable relationship with me which means you as well. My experience has caused me to recruit seven other individuals to experience the same satisfaction. Wes and Chris are the two I currently deal with. Relatively speaking, our portfolio of savings and investments has been fairly small (compared to "big time investors' portfolios) over the years before our retirement. In our seventies now, we have had the opportunity to try bank CDs, 401k savings, bonds, some stock ownership, and other ideas for investment. We have seen that gold has always been our best choice for protecting us against inflation and growing our value. Furthermore, in gold we have long since concluded that Swiss America (SATC) has been the most satisfying organization for our purchases and our liquidations. I will not disparage Swiss America in any way. I will only state the facts. I bought from Swiss America with a IRA of both gold and silver. I think the precious metals business is more complex then it might appear. My experience was limited but I did have some not so good transactions previous to Swiss America. Reading about Swiss America length of years in business and mostly good reviews drew me to them. The gentleman I spoke to was very kind and knowledgeable and I felt trust worthy and still feel that way about him. I do feel that they deal with a lot of wealthy people and I don't fall in that category.so you are treated with less attention. My problem is in the silver portion of my transaction which was the smaller part of my purchase. At the time I believe silver spot was around $16 spot. I bought to fill out my order 190 proof silver coins. Honestly I really trusted that it was all ok. I paid $75 each for these 190 coins. It didn't take like that they were down to $48 on my portfolio statement and stayed there. Silver up or down it didn't change. I inquired about it on August 5th (yesterday) and the next day it went up a few dollars which I thought was odd. Silver is almost $14 over what I originally paid for it spot price yet the price never changes. My contention is that the premium I paid $16 spot bullion to $75 just doesn't make sense. Last word: My fault to except the transaction however when your purchase goes from $75 to $48 never really moves from there I have to question if this was in my best interest trusting Swiss America.

I signed up for promotional stuff from Swiss America Trading Corporation, but I never got any. I was pretty bummed about it.
