I agreed on a payment of 29$, not knowing exactly what I was getting with it.
Then, surprise! A 49$ subscription to absolutely nothing; I was careful not to accept the free trial because I wanted to try only the one for $29. Unfortunately, I checked my account today and realized they have been taking $49 monthly fees. This is very frustrating, and I can't tell at which points such things happened. Mere and her people are dishonest because they have misled people; the program is not worth the money!
I want my $98 back!

By phone they tried to sell me a coaching program for 1500€...and it was a discount. I said no way, but still, got charged for a ghost subscription tied to a monthly payment.

It's a scam
Received over 10 pdfs that were illegible and no sign of an exercise video. Do not touch this ... warning...scam. I ordered this and it advertised videos of the exercises, but no videos were sent. My order # has been sent. Refer photos attached. I ordered this on October 3rd 2023 from One and done or Svelte training...not sure why both companies keep sending me crap. Far too many emails, about 3 a day. What a scam.

I agreed to pay $29, in exchange for a 10 day diet plan that Mere promised using 5 ingredients would Jumpstart your system.
I did recieve the diet plan and grocery shopping list. It was not impressive, and I wished I hadnt bought it, however I conciderd it a loss and moved on.
Later, I found that my bank account has been drained by Svelte. Svelte claims I agreed to hand over my money, even though I certainly haven't recieved any more that the 10 day diet plan. This is obviously a well seasoned scam, this Svelte needs to be shut down.
No Answers- not even 1 star
I signed up for this and never received any information except a text message trying to get more money for some other program. I finally found a contact and emailed them that I have not received any info. They kept asking for my invoice number, email and name. After replying 3 times, with all but the invoice number because I never received it, I still don't have any responses except yet another email asking for the exact same thing over and over. They did charge my bank account, now I'm having to file a dispute to get my money back and hope there are not additional charges coming out in the future.

This late night impulse buy from this instagram ad was such a mistake. It's a ***. I tried to cancel my order immediately after purchasing and realizing it was a ***. Called customer service to try to cancel and spoke to someone who just tried to get more personal information from me.
She said she cancelled it. She didn't. I was charged $50.96, which I'm disputing through my credit card company. Now a month later, another charge on my credit card for $50.96. This is a ***. And now I have to cancel my credit card.

Absolute SCAM here. Paid what was thought to be a one time fee of $29. Now well over $700 charged. They will only refund a small amount. This is an incredible SCAM - they add what ever programs they feel like. Some months charged $98. others $51.45. I have NEVER accessed the program. Still looking into that my legal rights are here in my state.
The charge is stated as $29.00 but my credit card company blocked svtrain.com from attempting to charge $44.53 today. This vendor is now blocked from charging my account in the future. Mer is just a full fledged scammer.

I joined up for what I thought was a keto-based program. I came to find I enrolled in the wrong program. I immediately emailed customer service and was told they would just switch my programs. This never happened. I was then sent a link to keep what I had and could enroll in the other program for $9. I was willing to do this. The link never worked. I tried several times. I tried to enroll in the other program without the link and I will not go through. I am just cancelling this program, which I hope goes smoothly. So sorry I did not read the reviews before I enrolled. Lesson learned
I got this last year, I was only trying to get one program and they end up getting me into a monthly program, and what I got was a book not even a video... Don't get anything is a bad program.
I just ordered the one and done, it has cleared my account but I have not received any emails with my login info. I checked my spam and it is not there either. Please advise

I don't know what all the bad reviews are for. Granted, I didn't choose to do the Accelerated monthly plan (mostly because that's an expense I can't afford) but I think the program and Mere are amazing. It was just the kickstart I needed. As grown-ups, we should all have the ability to check our bank statements and see what charges are there in a timely manner. Letting it go for 7 months is ridiculous. I deal with those kinds of customers on a daily basis. That aside... the program is perfect and I've learned a lot. Mostly I'm motivated thanks to Mere and the Svelte program Laura O Texas

Signed up for trial of one month and they kept taking money out. My mistake on not checking but I was working 80 a week in ER during COVID so was not focused.

Darn! I knew I should have checked here before sending the $29 via my credit card. I listened to the entire video and AM impressed and even took notes! I then purchased the One and Done and refused all other up sales. They charged my card and I have yet to receive a confirmation. I'm already sick I did this just reading the reviews here. My computer is still stuck on a video that probably wanted me to sign up for something else and warns not to close the window or my account will be cancelled. Well...like I said the charge has gotten to my credit card. I really planned to do the 24 hour quick start tonight but now really disappointed.

They start charging you $49 a month automatically from your credit card. I did the trial. Then cancelled after 5 days on their page that you fill out. They kept charging me $49. I kept sending cancellation messages. No one can be reached by phone. Reported it to Amex. Amex took care of charge. Then Svelte started monthly charging AGAIN. I put a block on my cc for their company. Now 5 months later they are disputing my cancellation and trying to say dates I resubscribed that I didn't. This has been a NIGHTMARE! Stay away from this website. I really NEVER understood what it was exactly? I think you have to download a pdf file? Nothing by mail?

Mere is nothing more than a spammer and *** artist. I thankfully caught the charge- which they put thru BEFORE the 7 day trial was over. I was refunded but now I'm in a black hole of spam from her and every other spammer she is selling my info to. I just got an email stating "I won- my name was drawn at random". So, I clicked...yeah I know, but I had to see if by some slim chance there was an ounce of 'legit' in this woman... NOPE. LOL- they ask for your credit card at the end. Seriously, who asks you for a credit card number at the same time they tell you your a winner other than a Scam Artist. Mere...YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. Two-bit nothing...

Didn't receive online access, even though credit card was charged.Criminal! Didn't recognize charges of $67 & $29 on credit card. Contacted credit card company and disputed the charge, charges were temporarily reversed. SVELTE provided information that made charges look legitimate so credit card company recharged me for the two charges. Contacted SVELTE and both the Customer Service Representative and a Supervisor said that I have been blacklisted and could not access the online information even though I had paid for it. This is criminal, paying for access and not receiving it. This company should be investigated by the ComplaintsBoard.com and the State of Florida Attorney General's office.

You are automatically opted into a membership and must opt-out after signing up. The instructions on their Facebook posts about opting out are not clear and lean towards misleading. As I read one of their comments before signing up, you have the option to opt-out during checkout. That's not the case. If there is an option to opt-out, it's impossible to find with the dozens of upsells that keep populating the checkout process. I almost gave up during checkout because it started coming off as a scam with all of the products they kept throwing at me. Once you do sign up (even if you opt-out) you are bombarded with daily emails that link to partner companies trying to sell products and you have no idea what they are selling because their partner videos don't ever end and keep talking in circles. Even though I finally opted out of the membership the day after making the purchase, I will keep checking to see they charge my card regardless.

I, too, fell prey to the clearly, cleverly disguised additional 'click' that many refer to. I even revised and felt confident that I was ONLY signing up for the trial. I was caring for my mom while I was signed up, and was taking care of her, as well as her finances, up until she passed in October. All this kept me from noticing the withdrawals earlier. I wrote to the organization and they told me I had signed up for a lengthier service. I was very confused because, again, I truly thought I was extra careful. The policy is CLEARLY NOT MADE SUFFICIENTLY CLEAR ORALLY OR VISUALLY - particularly If almost all of the comments here address this. This qualifies as a very poor business practice. This was a conscious decision on their part but, mostly, there is now an undeniable awareness of the issue that should compel the company to change their business practices in the name of integrity. Furthermore, I do find it odd how a company that promotes wellness in terms of not only activity but ingredients, does associate with companies that promote quick fixes to weight loss. It is very contradictory.

While their customer service team has not been great, they have been very good about only charging me for what I selected. I have not had any issues with extra charges at all. You must be very careful when signing up to read everything you click during check out because there is a lot of upselling before checkout. But, I used to make sales funnels like that, so I knew to only select the pieces I wanted and go about my day. After signing up for One & Done, I decided to also purchase the MetaBoost Connection. The customer service team has left me with a weird taste in my mouth, but after writing with the owner, I am happy with the integrity of the company. Just be careful what you click. It is very apparent and clear that there are monthly charges for some things, so take your time and read what you are selecting. More than likely, the customers who "didn't sign up" in these reviews, did actually select it, but thought they were opting out. It is still a shock and I hope anyone who is unhappy got a refund. And in my experience, it wasn't an issue and I haven't been charged anything I didn't expect.

I paid the one time subscription fee of $29. I never really followed the program because it was like a full-time job, meaning it was too complicated for me personally. A few months later my card is charged for $52.11 without warning. Meredith maybe a wonderful trainer or whatever but they are *** in their operations. I did not choose anything more that the $29 one time fee but their customer service representative will lie and say you clicked! Really? You will not even receive a warning but will be surprised by the charge. They are not being truthful and this is a way of getting more money from people who do not have it. I have really been disgusted. I cannot afford to pay that amount every month for things I actually find for free on YouTube, that would be stupid of me! People be careful when on that website with pop ups everywhere offering this and that. It's just a way to confuse your mind and you lose focus. You know what you want but they will be suggesting other things just to find a way of making you pay for unnecessary stuff. I cancelled my subscription but they are holding on to my money!

This company is not operating in good faith
This company is not operating in good faith. I thought I had simply purchased their One and Done workout online for $29.00. Coach Mere seems so trustworthy and skilled, I was glad to purchase her program. And if she would just do this in good faith, then I'd have given 5 stars.
But Imagine my surprise and dismay to learn that by purchasing this program they signed me up for a monthly subscription of $53 per month! (They claimed I checked a box during ordering process for this, which I sincerely doubt, unless it was worded in a very unclear way). I have been being billed $53/month by them for over a year! Even worse, they make it extremely difficult to cancel! 1. The number they list on the recurring charge thru my bank is an incorrect number. The voice says "number not activated".
2. When you call to cancel they require that they send you a "cancellation email". Then you have to wait and watch for that email to arrive. Once it does, that email link takes you back to long videos trying to talk you out of cancelling. You again have to check several boxes and pages of videos trying to stop you.
3. No confirmation # is given. They supposedly send you that in yet a separate email. So please take a SCREENSHOT.
4. I will not be surprised if they continue to try and bill, so I am keeping records of this and discontinue my bank card, and will file complaints to investigate them for fraud and poor business practices.
It is too bad that someone of Coach Mere's heart and ability has resorted to sponsoring a Business that is operating with such shady, deceptive, poor business practices. She could have been such a GREAT LEADER if she was operating in integrity.

I have had exactly the same experience as the other 1 star reviews here. I signed up for the $29 USD one time payment in May but then didn't even use the program because I got so turned off by how my email inbox was instantly flooded with unwanted health related junk mail. I was also bombarded with continual pleas to join a program which has the additional $49 USD monthly charge. I was extremely careful through this entire ordeal NOT to agree to anything beyond the 1 month that I purchased. I am 100% certain that I did not agree to a trial of 7 days in a program that I had zero interest in. In March 2022, I discovered that I was charged the $49 USD monthly which is about $63 CAN, since that time. I was horrified and angry about my credit card information being used for these extra charges and was also angry at myself for not noticing sooner. On March 7/22, I spoke to an agent and then asked to speak to a Supervisor who refunded 4 months of the payments. I was grateful for this but still feel that I have been robbed. The remaining balance is for about $315 CAN. Since I never signed into the program that I was charged for, I asked if this could be checked and I could be refunded completely. I was told that they would be able to see that I hadn't signed in and that the Accounting Dept would contact me within 48 hours, which they did not. On March 14/22, I called again and spoke to an agent and the same supervisor. The call was going nowhere, so I asked to speak to the Supervisor's Manager. I was told they would call me but I have not received a return call. At this point, I can only think the worst - that this is an unethical, fraudulent company. I received an email initially with a confirmation for the 1 month purchase. I never received an email saying I was now being charged monthly. I told the supervisor that I understand that mistakes happen and I still wish they would do the right thing and refund me completely. Someone must be able to do this.
