I had a house built by the above company. After the house was built there was a clause in the contract that any snags would be addressed by the builder. I had an independent inspector go over the house and submitted this report to the builder, who till now has refused to meet with me or rectify the faults found. It has now got to the stage that he does not even respond to letters from my lawyer.

Ordered item from them, received incorrect item and had to send it back. Was charged a 30% restocking fee plus lost my money to send item back, not to mention my original shipping fees. If I simply didn't want the item, I'd be okay with this but Stairwarehouse made the error and basically stole money from me. I'd like to know how many other customers they have done this to.

We paid $38, 000 in cash up front for a sunroom and additon to our house, only to have it leak for weeks in our house and then Ron never paid our subcontractors CMK. They are now putting a $4000 lien on our house. Ron told CMK to go ahead and place lien on our house, he doesn't care.Ron refuses to answer phone and makes promises to pay CMK but writes hot checks instead.
