I had windows installed on August 2022 by two guys whom one spoke very little English and the other no English. I can stand in my home and see outside around the windows edges. I froze in my home during cold days & night in winter time, even with my furnace, stove, dryer & electric heat going all the same time. I have called Install America several times, but all they did was transfer me to an Annette at ext. 100 and she ""NEVER"", ""NEVER"" called me back to schedule an appointment for service the windows. I guess it's okay for Install America to rip off crippled Seniors.
Desired outcome: I would like the windows fixed right or $8,000 back so I can have a contractor to come here to fix windows the way windows should of been installed at the beginning of the project.
