And get this - the skirt was actually purchased after the dress! I asked them to explain why they were being so inconsistent, but they wouldn't give me a straight answer. All they said was that they couldn't process a refund for the skirt because the dress wasn't meant to be refunded. What kind of explanation is that?

I tried to escalate the issue to a higher-up, but the person I was dealing with wouldn't give me their contact information. So, I ended up filing a complaint with the Consumer Council in their state. It's just frustrating that I had to go through all of this trouble because of their inconsistent policies. I wouldn't recommend shopping with Surfstitch if you're looking for a hassle-free experience.
