I purchased Surfshark while I was abroad 2 years ago and havent used it since then. I used paypal as a method of payment. About a month ago I checked my account and saw that I was charged for another 2 years without ever using surfshark within the last 2 years! I complained about it since I didnt get a notice about the renewal and they simply wont refund the autorenewal charge. Plus the customer service person wont cancel the autorenewal. I asked her to look at my logins to see if I had used the service within the last 2 years and that I was unaware of the renewal charge as I believe it had gone into the spam folder. I would have no problem paying if I use the service but I didnt use it in the past 2 years and wont use it for the next two years. Why would they want to charge me when they know I dont use the service and was unaware of the autorenewal charge? That is poor customer service and only wanting to gain money knowing that I am not a user of this service.

Desired outcome: JUST TO GET REFUNDED THE RENEWAL CHARGE.
