Surfshark review: Refund policy

I signed up for Surfshark on February 27, 2026 and realized within 24 hours on February 28,2026 that I made a mistake and asked for a refund of $53.73. I was refused and they kept my money although I am not utilizing their services. On their website it states that there is a 30 day refund period. I was told because I had signed up last September and received a refund that I was not entitled to another refund. (that signup was also in error). I have never used any of their services and no where did it state that I would not get a refund after a 24 hour cancellation request. This company does not stand by their advertised policies and keeps customer's money for absolutely no reason.
