I have never encountered how bad the service personnel are from your company. Your online service guy's name is Lux, and his service skills are terrible, and his service attitude is even worse. He didn't solve my problem, he just copied the templated content over and over again, and he continued to contradict users. This is the service you provide. I will not choose your VPN again, your technology and management are extremely problematic.

after getting blocked from surfshark i explained to them how i was using service. They accused me of doing things that completely was not the case of what i was doing and now refusing to give me a refund. i read the policy and still didnt fall under those guidelines i could even show proof that was not the case so i want either y account back or my money back.

Auto renewal without warning
I purchased Surfshark while I was abroad 2 years ago and havent used it since then. I used paypal as a method of payment. About a month ago I checked my account and saw that I was charged for another 2 years without ever using surfshark within the last 2 years! I complained about it since I didnt get a notice about the renewal and they simply wont refund...
